Key responsibilities:
Social media management:
- Create and schedule engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and captions, that align with our brand and engage our audience.
- Monitor social media metrics, such as likes, comments, shares, and follower growth, and analyze data to optimize our marketing efforts.
Organic growth:
- Implement effective organic growth strategies, such as engaging with relevant hashtags, posting consistently, and collaborating with influencers.
- Research and analyze competitor profiles to identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase our reach and visibility on social media platforms.
Paid marketing:
- Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, such as sponsored posts and ads.
Branding and community building:
- Develop a consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.
- Create and implement a community building strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the travel industry or a similar niche.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
