I am a secure tenant of a registered social housing provider, at a property in , Kent, where I have lived since November 2010. What action I would like to take: I want to bring a civil claim covering the breach of the 2024 Tomlin Order, the disrepair and harassment since that settlement, and the related personal injury and psychiatric injury.
