Hi Andrew, on the AI side, should Recall simply extract fixed fields from each voice note, or do you want it to apply a sales methodology layer as well, for example weighting BANT-F, PFWDK stage, urgency and confidence into an overall opportunity score?
Also, for CRM independence, should the core data model be designed as a neutral schema first, with each CRM mapped from that, rather than shaping the product around one CRM’s field structure from the beginning? -

A few questions:
1. Do you already have wireframes/designs for the app, or should we handle UI/UX as well?
2. Which CRM integrations are required for the MVP, or should we start with CSV export only?
3. For AI processing, do you already have a preferred provider (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), or would you like our recommendation based on cost and accuracy?

1. Do you already have UI/UX designs (Figma), or should we design the application as part of the project?
2. Should the first MVP include both iOS and Android, or would you prefer to launch one platform first?
3. Which AI provider would you like to prioritize initially (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), or should we build a provider-independent architecture from day one?
4. Will users require subscription plans (Stripe/App Store/Google Play) in the MVP?
5. Should CRM integrations be included in Phase 1, or would CSV export be sufficient for the initial launch?
6. Do you already have branding, logos, and design assets prepared?
7. Are there any compliance requirements (GDPR, UK/EU data residency, etc.) that should be considered from the beginning? -

One question: for the MVP, is your highest priority validating the AI intelligence workflow (voice -> structured sales insights -> follow-up actions), or do you want the first release to include CRM integrations and exports as production-ready features as well? That distinction will have the biggest impact on delivery sequencing while still getting a usable product into users' hands quickly.
