My name is Dee and myself and my husband are currently working on a cosmetics line. Your work caught my attention and I would like to inquire if you are willing to do NDA and transfer full rights over the designs after we complete each task? We will start with logo, but in hindsight we need packaging and full brand identity. We also are currently not working with anyone on marketing so would be interested to hear more about your agency and explore ways we can work together. 3D Printable Wall-Mounted Vertical Ant Farm Model Design Needed

I am looking for someone to design a vertical wall-mounted ant farm model that can be 3D printed. The model needs to be practical, secure, and designed properly for printing. It should be suitable for ants, with natural-looking tunnels and chambers visible from the front. The design will need to be supplied as printable STL/STEP files. ⸻ Main Design Requirements The ant farm should be designed as a vertical wall-mounted unit. It needs to: * Be easy and secure to wall mount. * Have a strong rear body/frame. * Include mounting holes or keyhole-style wall fixings. * Be stable once fitted to a wall. * Be suitable for 3D printing without unnecessary supports where possible. ⸻ Front Perspex Panel The front needs a recessed area to hold an A4 sheet of 3 mm Perspex. The Perspex size will be: 297 mm wide x 210 mm tall x 3 mm thick Please note: the Perspex must sit neatly into the front recess. The model also needs screw holes around the front so the Perspex can be fixed securely using M3 screws. I would like the screw holes positioned neatly around the Perspex, with enough support around them so the print does not crack when tightened. ⸻ Magnet Slots The model also needs small recesses for magnets to be glued into place. Magnet size: 4 mm wide x 2 mm deep These should be placed in sensible positions to help secure interchangeable side parts, covers, or connection pieces. The magnet holes should be slightly oversized to allow for glue and tolerance. ⸻ Natural Tunnel System The main visible section needs to include a natural-looking tunnel system, similar to the example image supplied. The tunnels should not look too geometric or artificial. I want: * Natural burrow-style tunnels. * Wider cave areas/chambers. * Larger voids for breeding, resting, or storing food. * Multiple routes up, down, left, and right. * Interconnecting tunnels. * Tunnels and chambers fully visible from the front through the Perspex. * Enough depth for ants to move comfortably. The tunnels should feel organic, but still printable and easy to clean where possible. ⸻ Side Connection System The design needs interchangeable side sections on both sides. These side sections should allow the user to either: 1. Connect multiple ant farm units together, or 2. Block the side opening if only using one unit. So I need: * Left and right side connection points. * Removable connector parts. * Removable blanking/blocking parts. * Secure fitting using magnets, screws, or a simple mechanical slot system. * The ability to expand the ant farm in the future by adding more printed units. ⸻ Foraging Area The design needs a foraging area built into it. This should be separate from the main tunnel section but connected so ants can access it. The foraging area needs to be large enough for: * Ants to explore. * Food to be placed inside. * Easy access for maintenance. * Good visibility. ⸻ Water / Sweet Water Area The model also needs a dedicated area large enough to place water or sweet water. This could be designed as: * A small removable tray area. * A recess for a small test tube/water tube. * A space to place a small feeding dish. I am open to suggestions on the best option, as long as it is practical, safe for ants, and easy to refill. ⸻ Printing Requirements The model must be designed for FDM 3D printing. Please design with the following in mind: * Printable on a standard large-format 3D printer. * Strong walls. * Minimal supports where possible. * Sensible tolerances for Perspex, magnets, screws, and connectors. * Parts should be split if needed to make printing easier. * The design should not rely on very fragile details. * Wall-mounted strength is important. Ideally, I would like files supplied in: * STL * STEP, if possible * Separate files for the main body, side connectors, blanking plates, and any removable parts ⸻ Style Reference I have attached an image showing the style I like. The tunnel system should be visible from the front and have a natural cave/burrow look, rather than straight lines or basic grids. I want the final design to look clean, modern, and functional, while still feeling like a natural ant habitat. ⸻ Final Deliverables Please provide: * Full 3D printable model files. * Separate printable parts where needed. * A version with the A4 Perspex recess. * Side connector pieces. * Side blanking/blocking pieces. * Magnet recesses. * M3 screw holes for the Perspex. * Wall mounting points. * Any notes on print orientation and assembly. ⸻ Important Notes The design must be practical, not just visually nice. This will be printed and used, so tolerances, strength, Perspex fitting, wall mounting, and ant access all matter. Please include examples of previous 3D printable product designs or functional models you have created. Designs for enclosures, terrariums, aquariums, modular systems, or mechanical parts would be helpful.

PCB designer for CM4 carrier with isolated RS422/RS485

We need an experienced electronics/PCB designer to design a custom Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 carrier board for an industrial field test tool. The board will be used for roadside electronic sign testing and needs robust isolated serial communications, Ethernet, WiFi support via the CM4 module, touchscreen display support and a connector for an address plug socket. We are developing a portable field tester for roadside electronic signs and controllers. The unit will run Linux on a Raspberry Pi CM4 and needs to communicate with equipment over isolated RS422/RS485 and Ethernet. It needs to be designed sensibly for field use, with proper isolation, protection, clear connectors and future small-batch manufacture in mind. Required board features: • Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 socket. • Support for CM4 wireless variant for WiFi/Bluetooth. • Gigabit Ethernet port using the CM4 native Ethernet interface. • Two independent isolated serial ports. • Each serial port to support full-duplex 4-wire RS422: TX+, TX-, RX+, RX-. • Ideally allow RS485 configuration as well, if practical: 2-wire half-duplex RS485 or 4-wire RS485/RS422 mode. • Digital isolation on the serial ports. • Isolated DC/DC supply for the field side of the serial interfaces. • TVS/ESD protection on field connections. • Termination and bias options per port, preferably via jumpers or DIP switches. • TX/RX activity LEDs per port. • Connector for an external address plug socket. • MIPI DSI touchscreen display connector, similar to the Waveshare CM4 Nano B: 15-pin 1.0mm FPC connector, suitable for common Raspberry Pi DSI touchscreens such as 4.3 inch, 5 inch or 7 inch. • Allow for touchscreen/control lines where required. • Mechanical clearance and routing allowance for the screen ribbon cable. • WiFi/Bluetooth to be provided by the CM4 wireless module, not a separate WiFi chipset. • RF/mechanical allowance for CM4 onboard antenna or external antenna connection. • Protected power input suitable for field equipment. • Status LEDs for power, CM4 activity, Ethernet, serial activity and isolated power good. • Sensible mounting holes and enclosure-friendly layout. Preferred technical direction: The serial ports should probably be implemented using a dual UART interface from the CM4, for example an SPI-to-dual-UART device such as the SC16IS752/SC16IS762 family or equivalent, feeding isolated RS422/RS485 transceivers. We are open to the designer recommending exact parts, but the design must be supportable and manufacturable, not based on obscure parts with poor availability. Deliverables required: • Schematic design. • PCB layout. • Gerber files. • Pick-and-place / assembly outputs. • Bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers. • Any required configuration notes for CM4 interfaces used, especially DSI, SPI/UART and Ethernet. • Basic bring-up notes and test points. Useful reference board: The Waveshare CM4 Nano B is a useful reference for the compact CM4 carrier concept, particularly the CM4 socket, Ethernet, DSI touchscreen connector and general small carrier-board approach. Our board needs to add robust isolated dual RS422/RS485 and address plug support. Please only respond if you have experience designing Raspberry Pi CM4 carrier boards, isolated serial interfaces, or industrial communications hardware. We are happy to work iteratively, but need someone who can make sensible engineering decisions and produce files suitable for manufacture. We can provide more detail on the address plug wiring and preferred connectors once we have selected a designer.
