Set Up Simple CRM & Automation System
I run a small accommodation matching business and need help setting up a simple, low-cost CRM and workflow automation system. At the moment, I have a WordPress website with enquiry forms using Google Forms. Responses go into Google Sheets. My business email is Microsoft Outlook. I am finding it too time-consuming to manually manage enquiries, update spreadsheets, track follow-ups, write similar emails, and create booking confirmation documents and host/guest summary forms. I do not want a complex or expensive CRM. I need a practical system that is easy for me to use and maintain. The system should help me manage: * Candidate enquiries * Host enquiries * Bookings * Follow-ups * Daily tasks * Outlook email drafts * Booking confirmation documents * Host/guest summary documents Ideally, I would like: 1. A simple CRM/tracker for candidates, hosts and bookings. 2. Statuses such as new enquiry, needs reply, awaiting response, ready to match, host offered, awaiting payment/details, booking confirmed, active stay, completed and not proceeding. 3. A daily to-do view showing overdue and due-today actions. 4. Fields for priority, next action, follow-up date, last contacted date, notes, area, dates, budget, host offered and booking status. 5. New enquiries from Google Forms/Google Sheets to feed into the system. 6. Outlook email draft templates for common replies. I do not want emails auto-sent without review. 7. Templates for booking confirmation documents and host/guest summaries. 8. A way to populate documents from booking details and save them in an organised folder structure. 9. A simple setup that keeps monthly software costs low. 10. A short guide or video showing me how to use and maintain the system. I am open to suggestions on the best tools, but possible options include Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Planner/To Do, Power Automate, Airtable, Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, Word templates or Google Docs templates. I would like someone who can recommend the best low-cost setup and build the first version. Please quote a fixed price and explain: * What system/tools you recommend * Why you recommend them * What will be included * How long it will take * What information you need from me * Any monthly software costs * Whether I will be able to manage it myself afterwards I want a simple, practical first version rather than a complicated custom system.

Project Overview I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to revamp my existing personal portfolio website. The website is currently built on WordPress and is live. The objective is to create a modern, clean, responsive website that reflects my professional portfolio and is easy to maintain and update over time. I already have a wireframe, page structure, content direction, and key design elements in mind. The final design is not fixed, and I welcome practical suggestions to improve the overall look and user experience without significantly changing the original direction. Scope of Work • Revamp the existing WordPress website based on the agreed direction. • Back up the existing website before making any changes. • Reuse selected portfolio items, downloadable resources, images, and content where appropriate. • Remove outdated content and pages. • Create a responsive website that works well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. • Configure a secure contact form with spam protection. • Apply basic on-page SEO best practices. • Create a portfolio section that makes it easy to add, edit, and manage new portfolio projects in the future while maintaining consistent image quality and presentation. • Create a resources/downloads section that is equally easy to maintain and expand over time. • The website will consist of a small number of core pages (e.g., Home, About, Portfolio, Resources, Contact). Portfolio projects and downloadable resources should be implemented using reusable templates or a dynamic structure where appropriate and should not be treated or priced as individual pages. • Keep the implementation clean, lightweight, and easy to maintain so I can independently update portfolio items, images, downloadable resources, and website content without requiring developer assistance. Development Approach • Build the new website in a development/staging environment while keeping the existing website live. • Share progress periodically for review. • Incorporate feedback and revisions where necessary to achieve the expected outcome. • Publish the new website only after final approval. Hosting The website is currently hosted on WordPress hosting. Hosting migration is not part of the current scope. If you believe changing hosting would provide significant benefits, you are welcome to mention it separately. Deliverables • Fully functional WordPress website. • Backup of the existing website. • Production-ready website after approval. • Step-by-step guide (PDF or Word) explaining how to: ◦ Add and manage portfolio items. ◦ Update images. ◦ Edit text and pages. ◦ Upload downloadable resources. • One knowledge transfer session (video call) to explain website administration and answer questions. • Administrator credentials and a list of plugins used. Proposal Requirements Please include: • Examples of similar portfolio or personal branding websites you have developed. • Live website references (where available). • Your recommended approach for this project. • Estimated timeline. • Fixed-price quote. • Number of revision rounds included. • Your working hours and time zone. • Whether you will personally complete the work or work with a team. 23 days ago24 proposalsRemoteBrand & Brochure Designer Needed for Child Development Brand
I am looking for an experienced designer to create a refined, cohesive visual identity and client-facing brochure materials for my new Child Development & Family Consultant practice. My consultancy focuses on child development, sleep, routines, nutrition and family wellbeing. I already have the core content, package structure, pricing and a draft logo direction. I now need a strong designer to turn this into a polished, premium and fully editable Canva brand package. Canva only so I can edit it later myself. Happy if you have other options too. Scope of work I am looking for someone who can help with both brochure design and supporting brand collateral, including: 1) Refine my existing logo direction * Refine and elevate my current seedling logo concept * Ensure it feels premium, calm, warm and professional * Prepare it in a way that works consistently across PDFs and future brand materials e.g. letterheadsetc. 2) Design the first two client-facing PDFs in Canva I need two polished, fully editable Canva PDFs: PDF 1 – Introductory brochure / overview This will introduce my work and provide an intuitive overview of what I offer, including: * introduction to my consultancy * my approach / philosophy * overview of ways to work together * contact details PDF 2 – Detailed services guide This will provide more detailed information on my services and packages, including: * package breakdowns * pricing * what is included * deliverables / support structure I already have the content drafted. I need a designer who can structure, lay out and present it beautifully, rather than someone who needs to invent the business model from scratch. 3) Create branded stationery / supporting document templates I would also like branded Canva templates for client-facing follow-up materials, for example: * recommendation / summary PDFs * follow-up documents * ongoing support / review documents * branded simple email / PDF style assets where relevant The goal is to create a consistent visual identity across my brochures and the materials I send to families afterwards. Style / design direction I am looking for a design style that feels: * calm * refined * premium * warm * family-oriented * editorial rather than corporate * not childish, cartoonish or overly “cute” * not generic wellness-coach branding The visual direction should feel thoughtful, soft and high-end, while still being approachable and family-focused. I am drawn to: * soft neutrals / warm ivory / beige / muted sage / earthy tones * elegant typography * clean spacing and hierarchy * a boutique consulting feel rather than a loud commercial brand Important notes * I already have the content, structure and package information. This is primarily a design / layout / brand refinement project, although light copy polishing where needed is welcome. * I want the final materials to feel cohesive, not like text dropped into a generic Canva template. * I need the final files to be fully editable in Canva, so I can update wording, prices or follow-up materials myself later. Again open to a different program. Deliverables Please include in your proposal whether you can provide: * refined logo files * 2 fully designed Canva PDFs * branded Canva templates for follow-up / stationery materials * all files in fully editable Canva format Please apply if you have experience with: * brochure / editorial PDF design * Canva presentations / brochures / service guides * boutique brand identity design * premium service-based businesses * clean, elegant, understated visual branding If possible, please send examples of: * brochures / service guides / brand decks you have designed * Canva-based projects * premium or editorial-style client-facing PDFs
11 days ago59 proposalsRemoteLegal advice Employment law employer negligence accident at work
** Must be a qualified solicitor registered with SRA ** Looking to understand how to best move forward with legal action for a past work accident, and what are the steps involved, rough costs, time frames etc. Is employee negligence / breach duty of care the best (as in most likely) legal avenue? Need to understand the time limits – I didn’t find out the cover up until a copy of my medical records were obtained in 2024. Does the fact that the company covered up the accident and denied me life saving medical care offer and avenue and also nullify the personal injury claim ? I have no desire at this stage to explore legal action against my past solicitors. Is an employer legally required to provide medical assistance to an employee who sustains a serious injury, and do they also have a legal obligation to ensure that a certain number of staff members are trained in first aid? Happy to communicate in writing or phone call etc. I suffered a workplace accident that was not my fault and the company admitted liability, however due to workplace accidents being rife the company (to be confirmed) deliberately tried to cover up and downgrade the accident, ultimately leading to myself receiving such inadequate medical care that it constitutes being denied medical care. This is also lead to incorrect information being documented on my medical records with was a vast contrast to what I was claiming my injuries were, so that it created a bias from health care professionals that is still prevalent today, resulting in still not receiving adequate investigation or treatment. The accident 03/03/2017- whilst working in a loading bay and opening the curtains on a large double decker height lorry, another employee operating a folk lift started unloading from the opposite side and knocked a pallet containing 50kg of drums. striking me in the head throwing me to the floor. Immediately following my accident, the company having no qualified health and safety staff members on shift, did not call an ambulance to correctly identify the severity of my head injury, and went against protocol to move me, forcibly picking me up and taking me to Loughborough walk in centre. Whilst I was suffering from a severe concussion and did not feel capable, the company employee told the doctors at the walk in centre that I had been hit on the head by a 5ltr bottle - not a pallet totalling 50kg drums and was exceptionally lucky to be alive. I did not establish this fact until February 2024 when I got a copy of the my NHS medical record from the night of my accident. The employee misinforming the doctor was part of the evidence I have as to why the company deliberately covered up my accident: • The company had a chequered health and safety history, including a fatality in 2003 - news paper article attached. • 3 cameras of the accident were mysteriously not working. • No ambulance called • Doctors given incorrect information to down play the accident. • The company did not report the accident to the health and safety executive until 3.5 Years after the accident - not the maximum of 15 days timeframe required by RIDDOR. • Its suspected that the companies insurance company may have also been given the incorrect weight * - pending information from a GDPR request . Possible avenues of legal recourse: Employer Negligence / Duty of Care: The company breached their duty of care and failed to provide me with medical help following my accident. No health and safety employee on site, I was a risk employee being on blood thinners and should not have been moved without a spinal board and an ambulance. please see the attached word document that covers the rest of the details.
