Facebook Ad Creative / Ad Set Up

Good morning. I have a homeware business and though it is a relatively traditional business we recently added a novelty wine decanter which did very well and then suddenly stopped. It may be my ad set up (I primarily use bid or cost caps) but I think it could also be creative fatigue. Though I have tried a few different text combinations, I only have a couple of images of the item.
