Redesign wine label

We seek a talented designer to revamp our wine labels as we transition from claret to burgundy bottles. The dimensions of our current labels are as follows: Front - 12.15cm (height) x 9.15cm (width) and Back - 11.75cm (height) x 8.15cm (width). Our new labels will feature Front - 9.50cm (height) x 12.00cm (width) and Back - 9.50cm (height) x 8.15cm (width). Upon acceptance of your proposal, we will provide the original label, necessary artwork modifications, and detailed information for both front and back. Deliverables include an AI version of the redesigned labels.
