Project Description:
We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot website designer/developer to design and build two visually aligned landing pages directly inside our HubSpot website.
These pages will be used for our upcoming prize-draw surveys targeting insurance professionals.
We already have a working draft and a design mockup that shows the structure and layout style we want — modern, clean, and conversion-focused.
Reference Template:
We’ve attached a visual mockup that illustrates the type of layout and design style we’re looking for — clear, modern, and conversion-focused.
We don’t expect the finished landing pages to be identical to the mockup; rather, we’d like the final design to follow a similar structure while allowing for your professional input and improvements. We value your expertise in creating a visually effective, high-performing page within HubSpot.
Project Overview:
You’ll refine our existing layout and create a mobile-first, persuasive landing page that reconfirms why visitors are there (after they click from an email), highlights the prize, and guides them smoothly into completing a short survey.
Both pages will be very similar — the only differences will be the competition prizes and imagery:
Page 1: £650 LookFantastic Beauty Advent Calendar
Page 2: Limited Stock Virgin Wine Mixed Wine Advent Calendar
We will provide:
Final copy for both pages
Access to our HubSpot website with limited permissions (landing page builder only)
Branding guidelines (fonts, colors, logos)
Your Role
Design and build both landing pages directly inside our HubSpot website
Apply our copy, imagery, and brand styling
Ensure pages are fully mobile-responsive and optimized for conversion
Create a clear, reward-first layout featuring:
1. Headline and subheadline confirming eligibility and prize
2. Strong visual of the prize (advent calendar)
3. CTA: “Start Survey”
4. Short “What’s in it for them” list (quick, 2-minute survey, luxury prize, insights benefit)
5. Brief instructions on how to start the survey
6. Footer with prize draw terms and privacy note
Duplicate the first page for the second competition, swapping copy and images accordingly
Ensure both forms connect to HubSpot CRM or workflow as required
Design Notes:
Conversion-focused (direct-response style): lead with the prize and benefit.
Clean visual hierarchy: bold headline, clear CTA, easy to read on mobile.
Modern, professional design: light background, good spacing, minimal clutter.
Mobile-first layout: CTAs and forms should be large and touch-friendly.
HubSpot-native build: pages created using HubSpot’s tools (no external hosting or hard coding).
Deliverables:
Two fully built and functional HubSpot landing pages
Fully mobile-optimized layouts
Tested forms and working CTAs
Editable within HubSpot for future use
