Art work for a cycle jersey

I would like someone to provide the art work for me to take to a printer to get a cycle jersey printed.
Shown attached is the rear of the jersey and would like the same wine glass motif for the front. No lettering on the front.
Oly difference is that I would like the lettering on the back to be differently sized so that the words "King of the Hills" is a bit smaller and "Powered by Red Wine" a bit bigger.
