Design, launch and social media metrics for new podcast

This is a wide scoping project where I am launching a new podcast for wine and politics. Need help with design of image, launching to maximise engagement across all relevant platforms and social media engagement and metrics analysis. Please podcast is going to be titles Vintage People or Politics tbc. I would like someone who has worked with podcasts before. This will be a high end podcast with filmed content included not just audio. The quality of the filming is very high and the podcast will be able to be viewed as well as heard, think Netflix meets wine meets rest is politics.
