We have a bespoke but largely typical CRM built in PHP. We are now looking to integrate CircleLoop VoIP (their API material can be found here https://developers.circleloop.com/ ) We require the configuration to enable our users to call from our CRM record, with the call routed through the API. We require the call statistics to be listed within each customer record (date/time/duration/direction of call) and, we require the call recordings to be stored by default via an AWS repository, but, linked from our customers record within the CRM. Finally, we require a management report screen, whereby we are able to view activity stats (all contained within CircleLoop), but from within our CRM and an admin option to view ALL users call recordings. The task is to find the corresponding php file/path on the server and correct it, so that the balance uploads correctly when uploading the customers on the ASTPP both for prepaid and postpaid customers. Positive balance must upload as positive balance. Negative balance must upload correspondingly. 0 uploads 0. You need to make a detailed document how to do that on any ASTPP server, so that someone without technical knowledge takes the document, follows it and gets the same working on the other ASTPP server. Example of the document: docs.switzernet.com/3/public/230622-astpp-v6-installation/ Someone from our side will try to upload customers on the provided server to make sure it works, if yes, then we will take your document, which you provided and will correct the balance upload on other ASTPP server following the doc, if that is successful and works correct, then the project is considered as done and will be paid.
