I have started a small design project and need assistance to develop it further. I create minimalist portraits of important and creative people (e.g., novelists, poets, artists). I present these in grid formation and sell prints on Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/curiousfacesdesign). As I focus on esteemed cultural figures, my target audience is educated and appreciative of minimalist design. At minimum, I would like to develop a marketing strategy to improve traffic and sales. I would love to build a plan to expand the brand, such that I might create apparel and other items of high quality. I have a 3ds Max interior model that already includes V-Ray lighting setup, materials, and camera views. I’m looking for a professional 3ds Max + V-Ray artist who can bake the lighting into textures using the Render To Texture (or Bake to Texture) workflow and then provide me with the final baked 3ds Max source file along with an exported .glb (or .gltf) file that has all textures and lighting embedded. The goal is to achieve a baked look that closely matches the V-Ray render when viewed in real-time must be compatible to three.js. The candidate should be experienced in V-Ray light baking, converting V-Ray materials to PBR or Standard materials suitable for GLB export, and handling UV unwrapping where needed. Deliverables should include the baked .max file, the exported .glb/.gltf file, and a folder containing the baked textures (diffuse/lightmap).
