Adapt and shorten video for amazon ads

Hi,
I’m looking to adapt an existing 40-second vertical promo video into a 18-second Amazon Sponsored Brands Video (16:9 widescreen) for a book trilogy.
I already have the full video file, voiceover, and high-res book covers ready, along with a complete timecoded edit brief.
The job requires:
1. Re-framing 9:16 vertical source footage to 16:9 widescreen (1920x1080).
2. Cutting duration from 40s to 18s.
3. Burning in crisp, easy-to-read subtitles.
4. Removing 3 non-Amazon competitor logos at the end card.
