Hello, and thanks for looking at our job, We have a 3D model of a proposed eco-friendly bungalow. We would like to go beyond the standard applied photographic patterns available in our software (SW2023) and produce a more realistic render of the building. We don't mind what you use to do this - we would probably use SW or blender but open to other proposals. The deliverable is a solid body/bodies in return with the chosen image renders and also .png of each elevation of the building with a selection of isometric / 3D views for us to use in our literature. We will supply photos of the finishes to brick, timber cladding and roof on existing similar builings. If we like your work we may expand to other projects. Any questions drop us a message. The image attached shows the cladding and brick. The CAD exisits as solid bodies at present (e.g.. all cladding planks are individual bodies).
