Hi I am looking for someone to integrate our Jotform submissions with Xero. So that when somebody submits a form via Jotform, it automatically creates an invoice in Xero. The invoice needs to include Xero tracking categories, depending on what products they have ordered in the Jotform. This might be possible to do by giving each product an "Item Code" in Xero, however at the moment Xero does not support automatically assigning tracking categories to products in the catalogue. So in the attached "Xero Screenshot.png" screenshot, the columns "Cost Centre" and "Event" (these are tracking categories) cannot be added to the product in the catalogue in Xero. The only columns which can be assigned to a product are Unit Price, Account, Tax Rate and Description - see attached screenshot "Xero Item Code.png"). So what we want to do is - Client completes the Jotform - Products ordered on Jotform assigned an Item Code - New invoice created in Xero using assigned Item Codes - Item codes are assigned to products in Xero and the products include tracking categories - Invoice saved as draft in Xero for manual approval and sending At the moment we have to do this manually and as you can imagine, it takes a very long time.

Challenge details: Level 1: Starting Balance: $15,000 Target Balance: 10% ($16,500) - You need to get your balance to this figure so you need to make $1500. Daily drawdown: 4% ($14,400) - Your balance cannot close to or below this figure in a single day. You cannot lose $600 from your initial balance in a single day. Max drawdown: 6% ($14,100) - Your balance cannot close to this figure at any time. You cannot lose $900 from your initial balance in a single day. Max lot size: 1.5 across all trades - Your total trades should not exceed 1.5 lot size across all trades - Not individual trades. It's not 1.5 lots per trade, its 1.5 across all trades. Single-day profit cannot exceed 40% of the profit target - That means in a single day, the max profit you can make is $600. I will strongly advise that you stay at least $100 below the max figure just to be on the safe side so you don't break any rules. The stop loss should be set within 30 Minutes after opening the position. In case you are a Scalper and open and close trades within a period of fewer than 30 minutes, you don’t need to set a stop loss. NOTE: If you fail to complete the challenge by breaking the rules, the account will be closed and the challenge will be over therefore I need someone who has done this before with a good win rate and can do without failure. Here's how it works: You will need to do the challenge on the Ctrader platform and you will need to give me your Ctrader ID so I can share the trading account with you for you to do the challenge. This means 1.5 is your max lot size across all trades. Lot size changes as your balance increases and decreases - Example: Your balance was $20,000 and now its $18,000. To work out what your max lot size is for the balance of $18,000, do this calculation: 18,000 / 2,000 * 0.2 = 1.8. This is your max lot size across all trades at a balance of $18,000. Another example: Your balance was $20,000 and now its $22,000. To work out what your max lot size is for the balance of $22,000, do this calculation: 22,000 / 2,000 * 0.2 = 2.2. This is your max lot size across all trades at a balance of $22,000. The basic point is to make sure to check your max lot size occasionally to ensure you don't go over it otherwise the account will be closed, and I will lose the account which will cost me money. You must be vigilant not to exceed the maximum allowed lot size. The lot size should be recalibrated whenever the balance dips below the initial balance. The number of open positions you can have is not restricted. However, if you’re considering placing pending orders while having open positions, ensure that the total of all open positions plus potential pending orders does not exceed the maximum position size. Tick speculation/trading, martingale trading, hedging, high-frequency trading bots, third-party bots, Martingale, are prohibited strategies that cannot be employed in all trading accounts. The use of these strategies will result in the cancellation of the account - These are not my rules – These are the rules of the prop firm. This may seem slightly overwhelming, but I will be reachable throughout this project in case you have any questions about any rules or you’re not sure so you’re not on your own. This task was going to be completed by my current web developer, but he has stated it would make more sense to hire someone with much more server config experience. I have recently changed my server from a shared one to a dedicated one with Hostinger. Previous experience with Hostinger would be a bonus, but not necessary if you have the relevant experience. Please see below the task and info sent to the previous developer This one is kind of a 3 parter. As you can imagine, I have changed the server to increase speed and generally improve reliability. When I moved servers recently it seemed a lot faster for admin, but when the transfer was complete, the back-end system was perhaps even slower than the shared one. I raised this with the new server guys hoping they could see why and resolve it. They didn't. I need you to see what is causing conflicts and make the admin system run faster. I need the site to perform better as a whole. One thing that has never been great is the speed an escort profile opens. Navigating to a location is pretty fast, but opening profiles isn't that fast. I believe there are a number of scripts associated. A little more info on this, I have always used WProcket to cache all content for 6 hours, and then after 6 hours all profiles and ads rotate, so if people revisit the site at a later date, it looks different. WProcket is now off as the server people advised to use Lite cache and CDN services instead. They state they have set Lite cache to cache and change every 6 hours, but I am not sure that it is working correctly. And the final part of the site's speed is the vitals judged by Google (See screens attached). I have been working on passing all the website vitals for close to a year now. From January to recently all URLs for desktop were good, and mobile had 30+ that needed improvement until the 20th of Feb. Then for a period of 3-4 weeks all URLs were good, with no more issues. Then on the 13th of March, the urls needed improvement and now they have gone to poor again. After the server change recently, I have checked and the mobile ones have gone from poor to need improvement but the desktop remains poor. When they started failing again no development was or had been done on the site which could have caused this, nothing had changed apart from plugin updates. That's what one of my devs said must have caused it. I need these all good again and ideally stay that way. So to sum up the project. - Improve speed of the site for admin, logged-in users and general visitors whilst not changing the functionality of the site -CACHE FOR 6 HOURS NEEDS TO STAY - Make all Google vitals good and to stay that way My current developer suggested the below to fix the issues above. - Remove any unused plugins - Pick 1 form plugin and recreate other forms in it, I noticed you have Contact Form 7 and Caldera both installed - Configure CSS, JS and HTML minify, deferred and combination settings in LiteSpeed cache - Configure Page and Object Caching settings - Optimise media files for faster delivery - Consider upgrading PHP to a newer version - Review scripts in ESLST-PTPL-custom plugin as a lot of the queries from this plugin are slow in execution - Explore caching the WP Admin Dashboard with LiteSpeed cache I imagine I will get several offers for this project. I will most likely take the most reasonable offer with the quickest complete time. I have a staging site for all these configs to be worked on. I have one more small task to complete after this too but I will mention that if this can be completed.
