Fix MariaDB issue on Plesk server

Yesterday I restarted my plesk server using the Plesk interface. Straight after this I was getting the following error when I visited my server: Server Error 500 Plesk\Exception\Database DB query failed: (2002) SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused Type Plesk\Exception\Database Message DB query failed: (2002) SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused File Mysql.php Line 79 I could only access the server and my sites when I used this command (sudo -u mysql mariadbd --skip-grant-tables --console). when I closed the command prompt the server and sites stopped working. I spent ages using AI to try to fix the issue. It gave me a command and now I can access my server. however my databases are shown in plesk, but when I go into them into phpMyAdmin, there are no databases and there is an error at the bottom saying: The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated. Find out why. Or alternatively go to 'Operations' tab of any database to set it up there. Because phpMyAdmin is showing no databases or tables, my websites are still not working. Also for some reason webmail doesn't work for all of my sites. I need my websites and emails back up and running

The project is based around the board game **Backgammon**, which is also played online. Serious players analyse their matches using software called **Extreme Gammon (XG)**. Currently, every move from a match must be entered manually into XG, which is extremely time-consuming. Our platform, 'BackgammonAnalyst.com', aims to automate this process. Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required.
