I need a designer or professional that is very proficient with designing a flyer to market a commercial real estate property. The flyer will include information on the real estate, a map, a google earth view of where the property is located along with indications of surrounding landmarks, and pictures of the property. Upon delivery of the final version of the flyer I need the document to be in a format where I personally can make adjustments to the flyer (i.e. price, remove pictures, change commentary on the flyer, change company logo, etc.). We are a manufacturer of electric motors and associated control equipment. We require someone to produce approximately 24 very simple schematics in solidworks, based on sketches and info we will provide. The software employed must be solidworks (and must of course be a proper licence), minimum edition 2023 or later. All info will be supplied as non solidworks diagrams similar to the images attached (probably in a powerpoint or PDF doc). We will provide our A3 drawing template, and the deliverable will be native solidworks .dwg files and PDF's of the schematics. Normal symbology for such diagrams is something you must already have experience and knowledge of, to BS7671 where applicable. Where there are PCB's etc, we will supply JPEG's for you to "diagramise". We are looking for someone based in the UK.

Hello First I would like to thank you in advance for interest in this project. I have a client that is producing a lot of normal everyday marketing documents, most of this is PDFs or PPTx, but also some Word docs. The company is trying to make its staff compliant with accessibility laws, as part of this drive we want to put together an easy to follow, basic guide on how to set out a document to be compliant, if this interest you read on! Deadline for Draft: Wednesday 23rd July What we need: (Deck =Powerpoint presentation) 1) Very easy to follow training/guide deck for Powerpoint 2) Very easy to follow training/guide deck for PDF 3) Very easy to follow training/guide deck for Word Details (in no particular order) 1) Documents should show clear knowledge. 2) Documents will be viewed by some staff that do not have a lot of knowledge of the products, hence the need to keep everything clear, and do not forget the basics. 3) Must clearly show the reason for accessibility needs, noting how it helps colleagues, customers and suppliers with disabilities. Maybe just one line regarding the legal need in some countries. 4) Not too long, I do not know the best length for these documents, however i do not want them to be long so the user gets bored and so forgets it, also as users may go back to the document time after time until they confident to work without the guidance they need to be clear. certainly should be no more than 12 pages including clear screenshots to help them visually understand. 5) documents to be more images or videos then words. 6) videos from YouTube can be inserted, however must be clear and free to use with clear voice, some staff are not speaking English as a first language, but know it very well, we would just prefer clear accents, and speakers not to be speaking fast. The work will go to our designer to complete the corporate look, but do still lay things out clearly so the design knows what will be needed and where. This project is a little different to what I normally post on PPH, I am not sure how it will be received, feel free to ask questions, i feel you will need to know the subject, but it does not need to be at expert level as the documents are not for expert training, it is more company culture, and skills improvement. I am looking to transform an existing PowerPoint presentation into a reusable template that can serve as the foundation for future presentations. The objective is to extract all formatting elements, slide layouts, colour schemes, fonts, graphics, and other design aspects from the source presentation into an easily customisable theme. The theme should be well structured with logical slide layouts and consistent styling applied across titles, body text, headers, footers, and other elements. Placeholder text and example graphics may be included to demonstrate how the theme can be populated with new content. The theme needs to be template-ready so it is simple for any user to open it and immediately start creating a new presentation using the predefined styles and formatting without having to rebuild the design from scratch each time.
