Powerpoint Presentation Design - Leadership

I have a powerpoint presentation. I want it professionally designed with relevant graphics for a Muslim Leaders audience. I prefer not using pictures of people/living things when appropriate.

It should be really slick design and have the executive leadership feel to it. Final slide count is not yet available. Around 40 slides.
