We are looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer to convert existing, fully written Word documents into clean, professional PowerPoint slide decks.

This is a formatting and design task only.
All content, wording, and structure are already written and must not be rewritten or summarised.

Current scope:

Approx. 20 Word documents

Each document will become a PowerPoint deck (approx. 15–25 slides per deck)

Additional documents (approx. 50–60) may follow if the initial work is successful

What we need from you:

Convert Word content into clear, well-structured PowerPoint slides

Use consistent layout, spacing, and font hierarchy

Improve readability and visual flow

Apply a professional, calm design suitable for health and social care training

Include suitable imagery.

What we do NOT want:

No rewriting, summarising, or rewording

No adding new content

No removing content

Due to the sensitive nature of the material, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed before work begins.

We are aiming to complete the initial 20 slide decks within 3 days, so availability and responsiveness are important. This project will need to start no later than the 26th and requires return by 30th - can be returned in batches.

    Would you like imagery to be added sparingly for visual support, or consistently throughout the slides where appropriate?

    This is actually a mammoth task for one person, you would need a team to meet the deadline and that would largely depend on how much content was on each slide. Can you share an example of your most text heavy document to give us an idea of whether it's possible?
