The client's sales division is creating a new SharePoint site where they need security and permissions assignment in a document library automated based upon values in AAD (Azure AD)/Entra. The site will have 2 "classes" of users, those that are 'sales reps' and those that are 'management'. There are multiple sales teams that these users are part of. In brief, the Function App would need to: - Create a new folder in the SPO library for each new sales rep when hired, and set permissions on that folder (and any folders that get created under it) such that only that sales rep, and their manager, and their manager's manager up to the chief sales officer, have access to the content in that folder. Obviously, the further up the org chart someone is in the sales division, the more folders they will have access to for the people that report to them. As such the Function App will need to parse and loop through the hierarchy in AAD/Entra and store those relationships and then use those to assign the appropriate permissions in AAD. - 2nd use case: where someone that is a sales rep gets promoted to a management role. In this use case the Function App would need to parse through the sales rep users that previously reported to another sales manager and realign the permissions on those sales reps folder structures to be under the newly promoted manager. - 3rd use case: a variation on the 2nd use case where someone already working for the company in a different role transfers in at a management level. However, the images will scale depending on the space requirements of the question. 2.3 Existing Images Due to the number of images required, any images that already exist should be reused as they are, for now. Due to the changing space requirements, it may not be possible to make all the lines appear the same thickness between images. However, it may be deemed that after testing any existing images once in the software, newer versions may be required. 2.4 Colours The colours of the existing images don’t need changing either. We are happy for these to remain as they are. 2.5 Delivery Mechanism All image files should: Be appropriately labelled and organized for easy reference. Outline of where we are is: We have set up user roles and content restrictions etc. Where we have left off is on the user registrations and we have RSHom user roles and Student user roles, these are set out in an application forms (registration) 1 for RSHoms and 1 for Students we have got his far: We have active plugins for profile completeness and Locations see screen grab. setting up the forms RSHom registration – Setup up profile form from the existing RSHom registration form – Check that the "profile completeness" is added so that at this stage the form is only 50% complete when submitted – Add additional fields to the profile form, – The additional entries include "Location" fields so that a map search is enabled when using UM directory search. Add multiple "locations for one user" as there are up to 6 clinics that they operate out of. – use conditional logic to only show additional location fields as necessary.
