Creation and layout of e-proceedings for an upcoming conference
I need help to collate and format all texts (word) and/or Powerpoint slides presentations of speakers at an upcoming conference and format into an attractive conference e-proceedings booklet that also includes cover pages, page numbers, a table of contents and some pages of adverts from sponsors. The final copy needs to be optimised for the web with no loss of quality so that it can be mailed to attendees/ housed on my website. Estimated number of pages circa 350 with all slides laid out as 8 slides per page. I will provide a link to all materials and give clear guidance as well as an example of a previous conference proceedings document - but I am open to other design suggestions. I will also supply graphics and logo for the cover. There will also be approximately 6 pages of sponsor adverts. I anticipate no more than 3 revisions. The project is to provide styling and design input to the pdfs produced by our in-house software products. We make use of a converter from HTML to Pdf called ABCPDF. We are changing the look and feel of the pdfs our software produces by rebuilding the html that is submitted to ABCPDF. We have pre-existing pdfs to use as a guide for the designer in terms of approximate layout and now have un-styled html that needs styling created. HTML and css skills are required and some experience of working with PDF creation tools would be beneficial. We have created an online tool for a designer to use to submit their styled html to that creates a pdf to check that the output has adopted the right design and that design elements, pagination control, margins etc are correct. We will supply the current pdfs as a guide, the new un-styled html files and a link to the pdf creation tool to allow a designer to style the html file and check it looks correct. Once the new pdf has been created and finalised, the designer will then send the styled html file to our developers to then reproduce the styling automatically within our software so that pdfs get created with this new styling. The initial scope would encompass the following page templates: 1. 360 reviewer copy of their questionnaire they complete 2. 360 personal report 3. All performance Tabs - Performance Tab data for Summary, Behaviour, Objectives, Dev Goals, Checkins, Talent Planning-1 (for manager view and Self view), Core Responsibilities and Interim Tabs 4. Final Performance Report (this is effectively a combined version of the individual performance tabs)

STEP 2 Mix the radio mic channels of the three women with 2 x directional mic recordings made of the same 3 sessions to get the best possible sound. The directional mics were plugged into the camera, and are very clean, but a little more distant from the 3 women speaking. Then even DB levels both within and across the three women's voice recordings. The final output should be 3 x channels - one for each woman + 1 stereo channel. The three channels and the stereo channels should have 10 second gaps to indicate where the 3 sessions begin and end. I need you to confirm that you will delete these files following completion of the project. I can allocate up to £50 for step one and £50 for step 2 if step 1 is completed to my satisfaction. I'm unable to provide the full tracks until a simple NDA is signed (just email confirmation is fine), owing to the sensitivity of the content, but these samples are a clear indication of the worst problems.
