We are a private hire and passenger transport company based in Surrey and are looking for an experienced tender/procurement specialist who is very familiar with Surrey County Council, particularly its Home-to-School, SEND and passenger transport procurement processes. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands how Surrey County Council’s tendering/procurement portal and application process works and can lead and assist us through the process from start to finish. This is important to us. We are not looking for a general tender writer who will need us to explain the process or who will be learning how Surrey County Council’s system works while completing our application. We need someone experienced who understands what is required and can provide us with clear guidance throughout. We have previous experience within Surrey County Council school/passenger transport through a different company, and as a result we already have a substantial amount of documentation that may be useful for the new application. This includes policies and procedures such as complaints policies, recruitment processes and other operational/compliance documentation. We need someone who can review the documentation we already have, identify what can be reused or adapted for the new company, identify anything that is missing, advise us on exactly what additional policies/evidence are required, assist with the portal and application requirements, prepare strong and compliant responses and help us through to final submission. Previous direct experience with Surrey County Council is strongly preferred. Experience with UK local-authority Home-to-School transport, SEND transport or passenger transport frameworks would also be highly desirable.

Matterport E57 to High-Density XYZ for Archicad

’m looking for a point-cloud/BIM specialist to help resolve a file compatibility issue between a Matterport Pro3 E57 point cloud and Archicad 28. Project background I scanned an approximately 100–120 m² furnished apartment using a Matterport Pro3 at Medium Density. The scan consists of approximately 56 scan positions and was captured for an interior designer who needs a sufficiently detailed point cloud to model the existing property in Archicad 28. Matterport generated an E57 point cloud of approximately 6.54 GB. The problem • The original Matterport E57 opens successfully in CloudCompare and contains the required level of detail. • Archicad 28 rejects the original E57 as invalid. • Matterport's MatterPak also provides a cloud.xyz file. This imports correctly into Archicad 28, but the client has confirmed that the point cloud is too sparse for the required interior-design work. • We have already tried opening the high-density E57 in CloudCompare and exporting/converting it to XYZ. The resulting XYZ imports into Archicad, but strange circular artefacts appear in the point cloud. Required outcome I need the original Matterport E57 processed into a clean, high-density XYZ point cloud that imports correctly into Archicad 28, without the circular artefacts, while retaining substantially more point-cloud detail than Matterport's standard MatterPak cloud.xyz. I am NOT currently looking for a BIM model or CAD model. The required deliverable is the processed point cloud. Ideally, I would like the successful freelancer to: Review the original Matterport E57 and existing XYZ examples. Identify the cause of the artefacts/compatibility problem. Produce a small test/sample XYZ first for validation in Archicad 28. Once the sample is confirmed, process the complete apartment. Briefly explain the processing workflow used, as I regularly capture Matterport Pro3 data and may have similar projects in future. I can provide the original Matterport E57, the original MatterPak XYZ that imports correctly, screenshots of the Archicad error/artefacts, and other Matterport project files if required. Please only apply if you have genuine experience processing E57/XYZ point clouds. Experience with Matterport Pro3 data, CloudCompare and/or Archicad is particularly relevant. In your proposal, please explain briefly how you would approach the problem and mention any similar E57/XYZ conversion work you have completed.

Hello. I have three images that I need recreated. I need them to be vector files- that will be approximately 13" tall and no more than 12" wide. There will be two "front" images, and one "back" image. There are some changes on the examples that I have. For the front images: One will contain the flutes and symbols, one will contain the clarinets. the only change that I need is instead of "the farewell tour" I'd like it to say "Louisville Leopards". I have some clearer pictures of the instruments that can be provided upon project acceptance, to aid in the redraw. The client would like the distressed look to stay on all three, giving it a 'concert shirt' vibe/feel. The blue should be a baby-blue color (but if the file is vector, I can change that, no problem). For the back image: I'd like it to stay like it is, however the dates and opponets/locations are different.
