I’m looking for a CRM type system for dealing with customer complaints for our company large or small. Could be an existing system or a new one. I need to save customer details, details of the complaint, the severity, who it’s allocated to and time and dates when it’s booked in to resolve them, follow up times to check if it’s complete then a box to close it.
