We are looking for a sharp, conversion-focused email copywriter to help us write and optimize email campaigns for a large list of warm inbound creator leads. We currently have a database of 6,000+ people who have already shown interest in working with us, asking questions, getting started, or learning how to grow their online presence. Your task will be to create: -1 main reactivation email -1 short follow-up email -1 objection-handling follow-up -1 higher-intent email for more established creators Suggested subject lines for each email A short explanation of your strategy behind the sequence If the test goes well, this can turn into an ongoing role where you help write, test, and optimize multiple email sequences across the full lead database. Bespoke Online Booking System for External Assessors
OVERVIEW We're a care home group with 8 homes. We need a simple, self-service web booking tool for external assessors (DoLS Best Interests Assessors, CHC assessors, FNC reviewers, IMCAs, and others) to book their own visit slots to assess a resident. Currently done manually by phone/email — slow and time consuming. We want this replaced with a lightweight tool. WHO USES IT External assessors (primary users) — book their own slot, no account hassle. Our central Assessments and Contracts team (oversees all 8 homes) — configures settings and sees all bookings. CORE FEATURES Public booking page(s) — one per home or a single page with a home selector. Assessment type selection (DoLS, CHC, FNC Review, DST, IMCA, Best Interests Meeting, "Other" free text) — expandable later. Live availability & direct booking — no manual approval needed for MVP. Configurable minimum notice period per assessment type — e.g. DoLS bookable next day, CHC needs 2 weeks minimum, others TBC. Must be adjustable by our Assessments and Contracts team via a settings screen, not hardcoded. Outlook Calendar integration (Microsoft Graph API) — bookings sync with real per-home calendars and auto-create events. Automatic confirmation/reminder emails to assessor and home contact on booking, change, or cancellation. Microsoft Teams integration — auto-generate a Teams link for remote/hybrid visits. Booking form fields: assessor name/organisation/email/phone; resident's name; resident's DOB or NHS number; assessment type; "will staff time be required?" (Y/N); "will medical records be required?" (Y/N); "has NOK been notified?" (Y/N); free-text notes. Self-service reschedule/cancel via link in confirmation email. Central dashboard for the Assessments and Contracts team — view bookings across all homes, manage notice-period settings. NICE-TO-HAVES (not required for MVP) Per-home blackout dates; CSV/Excel export; SMS reminders. TECHNICAL PREFERENCES Must integrate with Microsoft 365 (Outlook + Teams) via Graph API or equivalent — no third-party calendar system. Freelancer's choice of platform/stack, as long as it integrates well with M365 and is easy for us to maintain (please explain your approach, e.g. Power Apps/Power Automate vs custom web app). Mobile-friendly, since assessors will often book from their phone. DATA PROTECTION Resident DOB/NHS number plus assessment type counts as special category health data under UK GDPR. Please address in your proposal: hosting/encryption (at rest & in transit); who can view resident-identifying records; retention/auto-purge policy; relevant experience with health-adjacent data in a UK/CQC-regulated context. No full medical records/care notes should be stored in the tool. DELIVERABLES Working system live across all 8 homes, link shareable with assessors. Outlook sync + Teams link generation, tested. Short (1-2 page) admin guide for the Assessments and Contracts team. Handover of admin credentials/access. BUDGET & TIMELINE Under £500 (MVP scope). A few weeks. Open to a phased approach — core booking + calendar sync first, nice-to-haves later if budget allows. PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL Proposed tech approach and why it suits Microsoft 365; relevant experience with booking systems/Graph API/Outlook/Teams integrations; rough timeline and milestones; assumptions/questions given the budget.

Brochure Design
I operate a domiciliary care provider with three sites. We need a 16-page brochure designed and written to promote our services to families, referrers, and local communities. This is a refresh — we have existing marketing material, brand assets, and a library of staff photography to draw from, so the focus is on unifying and modernising, not starting from zero. Scope of work: Layout and design for a 16-page brochure (print-ready; digital PDF version also needed) Copywriting/editing across all pages (services, team, branches, testimonials, credentials, contact info) Incorporation of our existing photography and brand assets into a cohesive design Two to three rounds of revisions What we'll provide: Staff and branch photography Existing marketing materials and copy to draw from Logo, brand colours/fonts (where available) CQC ratings, testimonials, and other credentials What we're looking for: A portfolio showing similar brochure/collateral design (healthcare, care sector, or professional services a plus) Comfort working with provided photography rather than stock images Ability to write warm, trustworthy, family-facing copy
a day ago101 proposalsRemoteDeveloper to test & harden a local-first automation CLI (paid)
We're looking for a developer (ideally a few) to help test and improve RailCall, a local-first, developer-grade automation tool. This is real paid work, broken into small fixed-price tasks. Start with one; if it's a good fit, there's a steady stream of more. About the tool (so you can scope your proposal accurately): RailCall runs on your own machine. You describe an automation in plain English and it builds a real, governed workflow that runs locally - not in a vendor cloud. Nothing executes until you approve it (dry-run by default), and every run is sealed with a signed receipt you can verify offline. Keys, data and logs stay on your machine. There's a free tier (500 flows/month, no card) so you can install and start straight away. - Site: https://railcall.ai - Docs: https://railcall.ai/docs.html - Install (macOS/Linux): curl -fsSL https://railcall.ai/install.sh | bash - then run: railcall studio The tasks we're paying for (fixed price, per accepted deliverable): 1. A reproducible bug report or actionable feedback - approx £8 each. Accepted when we can reproduce the issue from your write-up (clear steps, expected vs actual, environment) or directly act on the feedback. 2. A shipped fix, or a genuinely useful workflow you've built - approx £20 each. Accepted when the fix is verified working, or the workflow runs and you supply its signed receipt (via "railcall verify"). 3. A standout build, a written how-to guide, or a short demo video - approx £40 each. Accepted when it's clear, accurate, and something we'd be happy to share with other developers. Every milestone is agreed, awarded and paid through PeoplePerHour. These are paid tasks - not spec work, not a free contest. What we're after: - Comfortable on the command line, with git, and installing a CLI on macOS or Linux - Can write a clear, reproducible report (steps, expected vs actual, environment) - Bonus: experience with MCP, agent tooling, or workflow automation How to propose: Send a proposal here on PeoplePerHour. Tell us which task you'd like to start with, a rough delivery timeline, and anything relevant you've built before. We agree the milestone, award it, and release payment on delivery through PPH. Reliable contributors will be first in line for more of the same work - this is ongoing, and the longer-term arrangement is still taking shape, so no promises beyond the paid tasks named above.

11 days ago107 proposalsRemoteMachine Learning Research Proposal Specialist
Overview We are looking for a Machine Learning Research Proposal Specialist to create a polished, professional research-style write-up for an ML evaluation task. The submission should propose a machine learning problem within the writer’s domain of expertise and must be directly related to machine learning. The final deliverable should be written in markdown format, follow the provided template exactly, and be no longer than 1–2 pages with a maximum of 8 paragraphs. Project Goal The goal of this project is to design a machine learning benchmark or problem that is complex enough to challenge a strong state-of-the-art LLM. The problem should not be a simple generic ML pipeline task. It should require deep domain expertise, advanced reasoning, and layered technical understanding that would be difficult for a general-purpose model to solve without specialized knowledge. Responsibilities The selected specialist will write a complete research proposal-style submission using the required sections: Domain and Motivation, Task Design, Data and Data Generation, Sources of Difficulty, Reference Solution and Scoring, and Citations. Each section should be concise, polished, and limited to one paragraph. The proposal should clearly explain the ML domain, why the task is meaningful, what is being predicted, how the data would be generated or adapted, why the task requires extrapolation, and why naive approaches would fail. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has strong experience in machine learning, applied AI, data science, or ML research, with expertise in at least one technical or scientific domain such as healthcare, finance, robotics, cybersecurity, biology, materials science, geospatial analysis, NLP, computer vision, or another complex field. They should be able to design a creative ML task that rewards real domain knowledge rather than basic textbook ML skills. Required Skills Strong understanding of machine learning problem formulation, benchmark design, data generation strategies, train/test split methodology, model evaluation, and scoring metrics is required. The candidate should also be comfortable explaining why a task is difficult, what domain-specific insights are needed, and how an expert would approach solving the problem. Clear technical writing and the ability to produce concise markdown-formatted documentation are essential. Deliverable The final deliverable will be a markdown-formatted research proposal following the provided template. It should be professional, concise, and no more than 8 paragraphs total. The proposal must involve machine learning directly and should include citations where applicable, such as relevant research papers, datasets, GitHub repositories, or other credible references that support the proposed task. Important Notes This is a machine learning evaluation project, so proposals that are not directly related to ML will not be accepted. The model output should be ignored during the evaluation process, and once the prompt has been entered and the model generates a response, the evaluator should select “Done Chatting.”

21 days ago15 proposalsRemoteJobOne.in High-DA Backlink Campaign
I run JobOne.in, an AI-powered aggregator for Indian government jobs, and I’m ready to strengthen its search visibility with a focused backlink push. Authority and relevance matter most to me, so every link must come from domains with DA 30+ and sit naturally inside niches tied to education, careers, Sarkari naukri, or Indian job portals. Although guest posts, Web 2.0 assets, directories, and other white-hat avenues are welcome, I’m specifically prioritising forum and community profile links on Quora, Reddit, and well-known Indian job forums. These communities already discuss the very topics my audience searches for, so the links should flow organically within helpful contributions. The homepage is the primary target this round. Anchor texts will revolve around my main keywords—“sarkari naukri”, “government jobs India”, “sarkari result”, “Karnataka government jobs”, and “India govt job portal”—blended in a way that keeps the copy readable and spam-free. Deliverables (must-have): • Minimum 30 live backlinks from DA 30+ domains • A mix of forum/community profiles plus any supplementary guest posts, Web 2.0s, or directory entries you deem valuable • No PBNs, automated spam, or black-hat tricks—every link should be manually placed and contextually relevant • Final report detailing each URL, its DA, anchor text, and the page it points to "Sister site https://karnatakajob.online targets Karnataka-specific roles and may benefit from state-level niche backlinks." Timeline: 15 days from project start. If you’re comfortable securing quality links in these communities and can show past success doing so, I’m eager to review your plan and move forward quickly.

I am looking for a skilled website copywriter to help polish and improve the content on a WordPress website for an accommodation business. The site layout and main pages are already in place, but the wording now needs a professional copywriting review. Some pages already have draft content that needs improving, while others may need new copy written from scratch. This project is focused on making the website feel more polished, trustworthy, and conversion-focused, while keeping the language warm, clear, and easy for visitors to understand. The freelancer must have previous experience reviewing and improving website content for similar projects, ideally for accommodation, hospitality, travel, or service-based businesses. The work will include: - Reviewing the current website copy - Improving the wording across key pages - Writing stronger headlines and calls to action - Creating copy for pages that need additional content - Making the tone consistent across the full website - Suggesting any useful content sections that could help build trust with visitors - Adding relevant keywords naturally where appropriate This is a copywriting and content improvement project only. No WordPress design, development, or technical website work is required.
5 days ago35 proposalsRemoteFixing layout bugs and slowing issues on my WooCommerce shop
I have a small online shop built on WordPress and WooCommerce, and lately, it’s become a bit of a mess. The mobile version looks completely broken in some places - elements overlap, and the checkout page layout looks misaligned. On top of that, the database load is spiking, and the site feels visibly sluggish when loading product catalogs. I am not looking for a fancy agency, a full redesign, or someone who will just slap another heavy plugin or Elementor template on top. I need a reliable, independent developer who writes clean code, knows how to clean up legacy database bloat, and can fix responsive viewports using native lightweight blocks or custom fields. This is purely a technical cleanup and layout fixing job. If you know WordPress core and WooCommerce inside out and can make the frontend load properly without breaking our current URLs and SEO, please apply. I have a structured list of tasks and will share the details individually in private messages. Please reply with a brief note on your experience with similar cleanups. Thanks!
