We are looking for an experienced SEO content writer to create well-structured landing page content that balances SEO performance, user intent, and booking-driven messaging.

The role focuses on commercial and transactional pages, including:

City pages
Area/neighbourhood pages
Property listing pages
Apartment-type landing pages (studio, 1-bedroom, etc.)

Responsibilities

The selected writer will be responsible for:

Writing original, SEO-optimised transactional content
Structuring content for high scannability and mobile-first user experience
Addressing both commercial and informational search intent
Creating content that supports Google AI Overviews and "People Also Ask" (PAA) visibility
Integrating primary and secondary keywords naturally without over-optimisation
Following content briefs while maintaining a consistent brand voice and high editorial standards

Requirements

Proven experience writing SEO landing pages for travel, hospitality, real estate, or similar industries
Strong understanding of search intent, on-page SEO, and content hierarchy
Ability to write engaging, conversion-focused copy that drives enquiries and bookings
