Short animation to tease a new product

I’m looking for a designer to create a 15-second animation to tease a new product. The concept is to build anticipation by showing the product flickering on screen, as though it is about to be revealed. This would be followed by a sequence of on-screen text (which I will provide) to deliver the strapline and key messaging. The animation should then end with a clear call-to-action, including a QR code directing viewers to a website. I can supply a trackable QR code for this. 45 second narrated Animation Required.

We require a narrated animation to explain an industrial process. I have no graphics to supply so each element will have to be drawn from explainer photographs or diagrams. I will require hand holding as I have never commissioned an animation before. All advice welcome. The tone will need to be professional, not too quirky. The target audience is scientists. The whole animation needs to suggest a very controlled industrial environment. The animation will show a patented machine using sound waves to interface with and clean and clear graphite build up.
