I need someone to help me with a book design.

I am working on a book of 150 - 300 pages, and seeking support with the following tasks: 1. A few logos to redraw. 2. INFOGRAPHICS: Tables, charts, diagrams, and a few other categories. 3. Images: Redrawing some existing images or illustrations + removing backgrounds (detailed drawings) + increasing image resolutions + fixing perspective (sometimes) + unifying the dimensions of vertical and horizontal images. 4. Transferring the document from word to indesign This is an ongoing research project: The content will keep being updated according to the research finds: i.e. new content, images, Infographics.. etc. The person working on this project must have the following skills: 1. Willing to have a video call before beginning with this project. (Also be in contact when needed not only via messaging). 2. Efficient working with Adobe suite programs: Specifically: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. 3. OK to work with Google drive and must be organized. 4. Diligent, enthusiastic, and cooperative. 5. Creative with some research skills and ability to suggest ideas. 6. Capable to convert some texts into diagrams of different categories during discussions. 7. Open for changes, modifications, work direction, or ideas. 8. NOT in a rush to complete the work quickly. 9. VERY patient and cares about the job more than the pay (I will pay of course). 10. Willing for the payment to be on: 1 month and a half or 2 months basis after completing the downpayment.
