Conservatory design
I am looking for an interior designer to help redecorate my conservatory and create a smooth, fluent transition from the lounge into the conservatory. The wall between the spaces will be opened and replaced with slim black aluminium French doors, so I would like the design and flooring to feel like a natural continuation rather than two separate areas. The conservatory is about 14 m². I can provide photos and measurements. I am mainly looking for ideas for flooring, colours, and overall design to make the space feel cohesive and elegant. Please send examples of similar work if possible.

Project Overview I manufacture illuminated light boxes with removable front plates (sign panels). I am looking for a designer to create a series of sign designs that will be placed on the front of these light boxes. The signs will be backlit by LEDs, so the designs should be visually bold, simple, and suitable for illumination. The finished designs will be used on removable panels so customers can swap the design depending on the occasion. Design Size Each design must fit within: 280mm (width) x 180mm (height) Landscape orientation. Please keep important design elements away from the outer edges to allow for trimming and mounting tolerance. Background For the purposes of the design work, assume: Background colour: White (#FFFFFF) In some cases the panel may be produced in other colours, but the default design assumption should be white. Possible alternative panel colours include: * Black (#000000) * Red (#C00D1E) * Blue (#00358E) * Green (#00AE42) * Grey (#A6A9AA) * Yellow (#FCE300) Colour Palette Designs should only use colours from the following palette: * Black (#000000) * White (#FFFFFF) * Grey (#A6A9AA) * Yellow (#FCE300) * Red (#C00D1E) * Green (#00AE42) * Blue (#00358E) * Teal (#0086D6) Where possible please use a limited number of colours per design. Simpler designs are preferred. Fonts Text must only use fonts that are supported in the Make My Sign tool. Please use one of the following fonts: - Arial - Arial Black - Verdana - Helvetica - Trebuchet MS - Tahoma - Times New Roman - Georgia - Courier New - Impact - Comic Sans MS Fonts may be combined if appropriate, but designs should remain clear and easy to read when illuminated. Design Style Designs should combine text and simple graphic elements or icons where appropriate. Because the panels are backlit, designs should: * Be bold and readable from a distance * Avoid very thin lines * Avoid excessive detail * Work well when illuminated * Use simple vector graphics where helpful Examples of graphic elements could include balloons, stars, confetti, beer mugs, controllers, hearts, etc. Designs Required Please create one design for each of the following phrases/themes: Seasonal / Events 1. Merry Christmas 2. Happy New Year 3. Happy Birthday 4. Happy Anniversary 5. Let's Party Home Bar / Drinks 6. Cheers 7. Bar Open Games Room / Gaming 8. Game Room Home / Decor 9. Love 10. Home Sweet Home Each design should feel visually appropriate for the theme. Examples of optional imagery include: - Christmas: trees, snowflakes, stars, ornaments - New Year: fireworks, champagne, clocks - Birthday: balloons, cake, confetti - Anniversary: hearts, rings - Party: confetti, streamers - Bar: beer mugs, cocktail glasses - Games room: Pool balls, darts These are suggestions only — creative interpretation is welcome. File Deliverables Each design must be supplied as: - Editable SVG files Please ensure: * Text is converted to outlines * Colours use the specified hex codes * Files are clean vector artwork suitable for production Revisions Please include two revision rounds if required. What I Need From You Please let me know: 1. Any questions you have 2. Estimated cost for the project 3. Estimated turnaround time 4. Examples of similar vector or signage work if available When replying to this job post, please include the word LIGHTBOX so I know you have read the brief. You are a brand identity designer creating concepts for a new cinnamon roll brand. I want to explore two completely different creative directions before deciding which route to pursue. Each direction should feel like a fully thought-out brand with its own visual style and mascot. Please develop two distinct logo concepts based on the following directions: --- Direction 1 — Western / Urban Dessert Brand This direction should take inspiration from brands like Roll Boys and Kneaded. The style should feel: • Bold and playful • Modern and urban • Strong, chunky typography • Bright, eye-catching colours • Energetic dessert-shop vibe Create a cartoon-style mascot that fits this western street-dessert aesthetic (similar spirit to Roll Boys but completely original). The mascot should be able to appear on packaging, merch, and social media. --- Direction 2 — South Asian / Kufic Inspired This direction should draw inspiration from South Asian and Middle Eastern typography styles, such as Kufic or Urdu-inspired lettering. The style should feel: • Cultural and distinctive • Geometric or calligraphic • Bold but refined • Inspired by South Asian / Middle Eastern design heritage Create a different mascot that fits this direction — potentially inspired by South Asian culture, desserts, or traditional visual motifs. --- Goal Develop both directions so we can compare them side by side and decide which brand identity has the strongest visual impact and potential for scaling. Each concept should include: • Logo typography style • Colour palette • Mascot concept • Overall brand personality and mood

Database design for our business
Hi can anyone help me with a simple database for our nursing home. Requirements are as follows: To have a contact and information list for all our current clients and the ability to link each resident to some kind of task management system table The task management system would take each resident through the admission process tasks all the way up to resident discharge tasks (these would be different for each resident based on what their funding status is) where we could update on task progression and see at a glance what is completed and what is still pending. Needs to be (subscription free ideally?) cloud based and allow multiple user access at the same time Would also ideally need to be able to add attachments as necessary to a task Please advise if you have done something similar and have examples you can show. Project posted at upper limit of budget - bids coming in lower will be considered more favourably! Many thanks! Salima

Logo design and branding
THE ADELINE PROPERTY GROUP — LOGO DESIGN BRIEF The Business The Adeline Property Group is a premium residential property management and development company operating across London, the South East, and the South Coast. Two divisions: block management for RTM and RMC-led developments, and a property development arm operating a buy-refurbish-refinance model. The company is raising investment capital and positioning for significant growth as an institutional-grade property group. What The Brand Needs To Communicate Trust and competence above everything. Our clients are residential leaseholders who have volunteered to run their own management company — they are handing over control of their service charge budget, contractors, insurance, and compliance. They have almost always been let down before. The brand must reduce perceived risk before a single word is read. The positioning: big enough to deliver, small enough to care. Not a faceless national. Not a one-man band. The specific zone in between — boutique in service, institutional in standard. The secondary audience is property investors, who need to see a platform, not a lifestyle business. The same mark must work across both contexts. Brand Personality If Adeline were a person: a well-dressed, calm professional in his mid-thirties to mid-forties. Speaks clearly, doesn't oversell, follows up when he says he will, knows his subject inside out. Not flashy, not boring, not corporate, not casual. The person in the room everyone defers to — not because he demanded it, but because he earned it. The name Adeline is classical without being archaic, elegant without being decorative. The visual identity should carry the same qualities. Reserved. Precise. Quietly authoritative. Reference Points Cadogan Estate, Savills, Lee Baron. The common thread is restraint — marks that communicate authority through precision and proportion, not decoration or noise. The brand should feel at home in that company without imitating any of them. Logo Structure A combination mark: a standalone geometric "A" icon paired with a wordmark, plus an APG monogram as a third asset. The full system must work across formal document headers, building signage, digital platforms, email signatures, and investor materials — from 14px favicon to full site-board scale. The Icon A geometric "A" form. Architectural in character — precise, structural, balanced. Construction approach is open, but it must feel like it was drawn with purpose, not assembled from a font. It should carry weight without heaviness, read as considered at every scale, and look like none of the following: a tech company, a construction firm, a developer, an estate agent. The Wordmark "THE ADELINE PROPERTY GROUP." ADELINE is the anchor — it should carry the most visual presence. Open to a high-quality serif or geometric sans. The typeface must hold its own alongside the icon without competing with it. What To Avoid House outlines, rooflines, keys, or literal property imagery. Tech or fintech aesthetics. Ornamental flourishes. Thin weights that collapse at small sizes. Templates or logo generators. Gradients or effects that won't survive single-colour reproduction. The mark must work in black and white first. Deliverables Primary lockup (icon + full wordmark), icon only (A), APG monogram only, wordmark only, icon + APG lockup, APG + full wordmark lockup, horizontal and stacked variants where relevant. All in unlocked vector format, ready for colour application. No colour direction is being provided — present the mark in black and white first.

Job title Front Entrance & Driveway Concept Design for a Modern Villa (Photos + SketchUp Provided) Job description I am looking for a creative exterior architect or landscape designer to help design the front outdoor layout of a villa currently under construction. The goal is to propose a coherent and elegant entrance concept for the front of the house, based on photos that I will provide. I can also share the original architect’s 3D model in Google SketchUp to make the work easier and more precise. The design should focus on the organization of the front exterior areas, including the access to the garage, the main entrance path, and a small parking area. Ideally, the proposal would include a ramp on the left side of the façade leading up to the garage. The pedestrian access to the front door could either be integrated within this ramp or designed as a staircase. A staircase solution where light could pass underneath the steps would be particularly interesting and architecturally appealing. One important constraint is accessibility: the design must allow someone to reach the front door using a wheelchair. The entrance should therefore include a smooth and practical accessible path. On the right side of the house, I would like to integrate a small parking area in front of the building. There are also a few specific constraints to consider. From the front door and the small patio area, there is a staircase that goes down on the right side toward the basement level. This staircase is hidden behind the small wall visible on the right side of the façade and should remain discreetly integrated into the design. A mailbox should also be included at the front of the property along the street. Finally, the far left side of the property must remain a clear passage allowing a car to drive through to access the back of the house. This circulation space must remain open and functional. Front Entrance & Driveway Concept Design for a Modern Villa (Photos + SketchUp Provided) The objective is not detailed construction drawings but strong visual design proposals that help define the look, circulation, and atmosphere of the front exterior. Deliverables ideally include visual concepts, sketches, or simple 3D views showing the proposed layout and design ideas. from the initial drawing we can discuss more $ to elaborate

ILogic Inventor implementation to a Design
Autodesk Inventor iLogic Specialist Needed – Parametric Clamp Design We are looking for an experienced Autodesk Inventor iLogic specialist to help us implement iLogic into a relatively simple existing mechanical design. The project involves a metal clamp used subsea to hold a gasket between two flanges. You can view our website here for background on the product and company: https://www.saltwatertechnologies.co.uk/ We already have the core design concept in place, but we need someone to help turn it into a more efficient parametric / rule-driven Inventor model. What we need We have multiple clamp sizes to produce. Although the overall concept remains the same, several parameters change depending on the application, including: Gasket size Arm reach to suit the external flange diameter Bolt sizes Metal thickness Other proportional design adjustments as the clamp scales up or down We need someone to create an iLogic-driven Inventor model that allows us to quickly generate the correct size/design by adjusting key parameters — ideally through a simple user-friendly input method, such as a slider, form, or defined parameter set. Requirements Based in the UK is preferred, but not essential Must be fluent in English Strong experience with Autodesk Inventor and iLogic Good understanding of mechanical design / parametric modelling Able to work from an existing concept and help streamline it for future size variations Outcome The goal is to create a system that lets us efficiently generate new clamp sizes without manually redesigning each version from scratch. If you have relevant Inventor iLogic experience and think this would suit your skillset, please get in touch with examples of similar work if possible.
