Project Brief – Interior Design Revision & Rendering

We have an existing project that includes the current rendered images and a fully prepared 3ds Max file with V-Ray materials and lighting, ready for rendering. current renders attached.

The client is not satisfied with the current design direction and has requested a complete redesign with a more contemporary, refined, and visually appealing concept for each space.

Scope of Work

The designer taking over the project will be responsible for:

Developing new contemporary design concepts for each space.
Proposing improved furniture selections, finishes, materials, lighting, and décor.
Creating a stronger overall color palette and design harmony throughout the project.
Maintaining the existing camera views and producing final renders from the same angles as the current set.
Working directly within the provided 3ds Max/V-Ray scene.
Delivering the complete 3ds Max source files with all assets, materials, textures, lighting, and V-Ray settings fully configured and ready for rendering.
Design Approval Process

Before proceeding with the full project, the designer must submit:

A brief presentation outlining the proposed design theme, concept, mood, and overall direction.
One initial render of the reception area for review and approval.

Work on the remaining spaces should begin only after the reception design has been approved to ensure the overall direction aligns with the client's expectations.

Revisions

The project includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. The designer should incorporate the client's consolidated feedback and submit the revised renders accordingly.

Deliverables

Upon project completion, the designer must provide:

Final high-resolution rendered images for all spaces.
The complete, organized 3ds Max project files.
All linked textures, models, assets, proxies, and resources required to open the project without missing files.
V-Ray materials, lighting, cameras, and render settings fully configured and ready for rendering.
Project Deadline

The timeline is extremely tight.

All final rendered images and source files must be delivered no later than Tuesday, July 28.
This deadline is critical and non-negotiable. Any delay beyond this date will result in cancellation of the contract, as the renders will no longer be required after the deadline.

Please ensure that you can fully commit to this schedule before accepting the project.
