On January 31, 2024 I received a permit from the Air Permits Division of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to produce green liquid hydrogen in Hudspeth County, Texas near Dell City, Texas and to build a pilot plant up to 3MW to produce green liquid hydrogen. Through this project my goal is to test three (3) AEM Nexus 1000 Enapter electrolyzers. Therefore, I'd like to test: 1. The technical specifications of these electrolyzers 2. The cost of maintenance 3. The market for green liquid hydrogen in the United States 4. The efficiency to produce green liquid hydrogen at Dell City, Texas by using these electrolyzers Why Dell City, Texas? Because in the 1940s an oil prospector discovered water in that area which is now known as the Bone Spring-Victorio Peak Aquifer. It is desert there and Dell City, Texas has plenty of sun, good winds, and water underground. It is a perfect place to produce an enormous quantity of green liquid hydrogen there. Why the AEM Nexus 1000? Because in the technical specifications of this electrolyzer I found something interesting, "Operational flexibility: 3% - 100% Of nominal H2 flow rate". Those who designed this electrolyzer understand how an off grid green power plant which is built with solar panels and wind turbines is producing the electricity. We know that this kind of off grid power plants is producing fluctuant power during the day and the night based on how the sun is shining and the wind is blowing. The computer and the software of this electrolyzer is reading the power in the grid and it is adapting the operational capacity based on how the power is in the micro grid. There is no risk to stop and to start this electrolyzer. This project has three rooms: the Electrolyzer Room, the Electrical Room, and the Mechanical Room. On the south part of the building is a covered parking area for three (3) RVs in which I will live with my workers and my visitors. I lift up the entire facility with 5 feet from the ground because in these days we can have a flood anywhere because of climate change. Each electrolyzer is 52.5 feet x 9.8 feet x 24 feet (L x W x H) and its weight is 40 tons. The roof is the ceiling of the Electrolyzer Room, it is covered with solar shingles and has on top 20 vertical axis wind turbines of 30kW 220V each. Also, all the roofs of this facility are covered with solar shingles. On the south side of the facility will be built the power plant with solar panels and horizontal axis wind turbines of 100kW three-phase AC 220V. The framing of the solar panels will be lifted up with a minimum of 4 feet from the ground to protect them from a flood. Please find attached the West Elevation, the First Floor, and the North Elevation of this project. I would like to have this project executed in 3D electronic support.

Project 2023-1
June 25, 2023 If climate change is real, we must change the concept of how we will design our homes in order to make them safe, affordable, energy efficient, energy producers, and to have clean indoor air. We can reach this goal because in 2023 globally we have materials and technology to do so. Project 2023-1 is a three-story building plus the attic and each level has two units with three bedrooms, three bathrooms; two units with two bedrooms, two bathrooms; and one unit with one bedroom, one bathroom. The west side porch is enclosed with photovoltaic glass and regular windows. The east side balconies also are enclosed with photovoltaic glass and regular windows. The roof is covered with solar shingles and has (23) FX-20kW, 220V vertical axis wind turbines. The enclosed porch and the enclosed balconies are buffers between the outside and the living space. On each level the enclosed porch is equipped with two electric furnaces, one on the north side and one on the south side. The electric furnace has the function to add fresh air from outside which is filtered and because of that the pressure in the enclosed porch will stay high. Each enclosed porch also will be equipped with air purifiers and humidifiers. The windows of each unit to the porch will be installed 4 feet high from the floor and 2 feet of the bottom of each window will be built with frosted glass for privacy. By opening the windows to the porch each unit will receive clean purified air and in wintertime the thermostat in the porches will be adjusted for 65°F and for 72°F in the summertime. The entire building was designed to have perfect ventilation for each unit; the microwave installed above the electric range in each kitchen will be connected to the ventilation system of the building. Each vent of the bathrooms will be connected to the ventilation system of the building and because of that the pressure in each unit will be lower than how the pressure in the enclosed porch is designed to be. I designed the structure of this building to stand up to a 220 mile per hour wind and to strong earthquakes. I designed this building to have vertical steel tubing columns and horizontal girders which are connected to the columns with elastic connections. The structural walls are designed to be built by using 4' x 8' wood structural blocks and because of that the structure of this building will stand up to very strong earthquakes. The wood is a great construction material and if climate change is real, we must harvest the forest scientifically and we must maintain the forest based on science in order to reduce this risk of the wildfires in our forests. The wood is a natural product and is a gift from nature--we have to learn to use this great material. The power plant of this building has a capacity of 1MW and was designed to have two electric panels. The first panel is connected to the grid and is designed to power the parking lot and the common area of the building. The second panel is powered by the building's power plant and is designed to power each unit of this building. We know that the macro grid has daily peaks of consumption usually early in the morning and in the evening. The power plant of this project is designed to pump electricity into the grid when the macro grid has peak consumption and eventually to take electricity from the grid when the consumption is low in the grid in order to keep the home battery charged if there is not wind and sun enough to keep the home battery charged. If the macro grid collapses, the power plant of this project is equipped with Generac generators and multi-voltage chargers to keep the home battery charged if there is not wind and sun enough to keep the home battery charged. Based on the specifications of the FX-20kW. 220V vertical axis wind turbines, the solar shingles, and the photovoltaic glass which I designed to be used to build this building, this project can function green almost 80% of the time off grid for an unlimited time and just 20% of the time the home battery will be charged by using the Generac generator and the multi-voltage chargers. By having millions of this kind of buildings we can make a difference in how to produce residential clean electricity in order to reduce the great polluters which are producing the electricity for the macro grid. Please find attached Level 1, the West Elevation and the South Elevation. I'd like to have Project 2023-1 executed in 3D electronic support.
