Duplicate my website onto shopify with some changes

I need help to make a copy of my website onto Shopify. This is my website star-name-registry.com

I am creating a new version of this website on the domain stars43.com that will offer slightly different product offers

I need to copy almost all the pages over?

There are some pages I will not need to move over. Corporate gifts, charities, constellations and track your order will not need to be copied over for this new site, but all other pages will. Please see footer to see what I mean

I need the homepage to look the same, but I would like six products instead of three. 2 sets of 3 on the homepage instead of the current 3.

I understand the product steps are complicated so I am thinking of replacing this process with a form like on here: https://www.world-star-register.co.uk/order/standard/

Let me know your thoughts and if you can help me create this.

I am aiming to have this done in 7-14 days. Ideally, I would not like to give access to my site files or logins. If this can be done by just viewing the front end, that would be great unless it's impossible. The reason for this is we have a dev team who are busy working on the broader company and I don't want to ruffle any feathers or risk our main part of the company.

I don't mind if we use slightly different imagery to what is being used on the main site, either. You can also see our USA site on star-name-registry.org as another example of the product page layout I aim for. This is purely for simplicity as the product app on our star-name-registry.com page is very complex and would be hard to replicate in Shopify in the time frame and budget I am looking for.
