Pre existing App stability and maintenance
We use our app to upload property reports with pictures in them to a web based dashboard. Very occasionally these reports go missing and leave the mobile device but do not arrive on the web-based dashbboard. We are looking to code our own affiliate scheme using the following steps. We have a Wordpress website which this would need to work with. 1. Affiliates register on our website and get their own URL to promote 2. We have database of registered affiliates and their IDs 3. When a customer visits the website through the affiliate link it follows their actions and if they fill in any of the lead forms on the website is will add a hidden field to the form with the affiliates ID 4. The system will need to count the number of leads they have created and display this in the affiliates own login area and in our own admin area. 5. If a sale is made, our system will check if there is a referer code in place. If there is it will use Zapier to send a Zap to the new system registering a sale for the user. 6. The system will notify the referer they have a sale and mark it down in the database 7. We can see all referers and the sales they have made 8. Every time a sale is made we will pay commission instantly 9. The Referer can also give their link to other customers to sign up for the referral scheme. If somebody signs up using their link and they sell something then that person will get their commission and we will also give the original referer a small commission for this too. We need this incorporated into the system so we can see the parties that have been referred to be affiliates also and the commission added here too. 10. We will need a nice back-end area in Wordpress to show all of the affiliates, their leads, their referrals and commission they have earned. 11. The affiliates will have a login area which will also give them access to their information, leads and commission. I have so many cute designs for tops, bottoms, dresses, shoes, swimwear, accessories & more for ALL body types and for EVERY occasion. I can buy everything I need to make the clothes in my vision- except a seamstress.. I have sewed a button back on a top before.. or (growing up poor) I've sewed lots of holes in socks, tops, and especially bottoms. Whether it was making shorts out of jeans that were too short for my long legs, or sewing to holes in my pants at the knees or at the crotch (for some reason I always ripped my pants in the knees or in the crotch- no matter what material) before you say holes in jeans are cute- I agree... but not all my pants were jeans and not all jeans look cute with holes. So, to get tobmy point, I have done some self taught sewing with a thread and needle.. it always looked pathetic. If I want to pursue my vision I am going to need someone who knows how to sew very well and who knows how to use a sewing machine along with other sewing equipment, and someone who knows fabric and how to sew different types of fabric since we will be using all kinds of different materials.

Hi I am looking for someone to integrate our Jotform submissions with Xero. So that when somebody submits a form via Jotform, it automatically creates an invoice in Xero. The invoice needs to include Xero tracking categories, depending on what products they have ordered in the Jotform. This might be possible to do by giving each product an "Item Code" in Xero, however at the moment Xero does not support automatically assigning tracking categories to products in the catalogue. So in the attached "Xero Screenshot.png" screenshot, the columns "Cost Centre" and "Event" (these are tracking categories) cannot be added to the product in the catalogue in Xero. The only columns which can be assigned to a product are Unit Price, Account, Tax Rate and Description - see attached screenshot "Xero Item Code.png"). So what we want to do is - Client completes the Jotform - Products ordered on Jotform assigned an Item Code - New invoice created in Xero using assigned Item Codes - Item codes are assigned to products in Xero and the products include tracking categories - Invoice saved as draft in Xero for manual approval and sending At the moment we have to do this manually and as you can imagine, it takes a very long time.
