Repurpose blog content into carousels

I’m looking for a freelance content creator/copywriter to help turn existing blog content into engaging, easy-to-read social media carousels. We currently have a backlog of 50 carousels to create, with the potential for ongoing work afterwards. Please find examples of the carousels here: https://www.instagram.com/wearemaincharacters You’ll be given an existing blog post or piece of long-form content and asked to turn it into a concise social carousel. This is not a research-heavy role — the information and source content will already be provided. The skill is in identifying what matters, cutting out the fluff and turning it into copy that feels natural on social rather than simply chopping a blog post into slides. Our tone of voice is very distinct and speaks to a millenial/Gen Z female audience. Each carousel will usually be around 10–11 slides, including: - Cover/title slide - Short introductory/setup slide - Main content slides Most content slides sit at roughly 20–35 words, with approximately 200–300 words of finished copy per carousel overall. No AI usage is really important here. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: - Can write concise, conversational social copy - Knows how to pull the strongest points from longer content - Understands pacing across a carousel - Can follow an existing brand tone of voice - Is able to write without AT - Is comfortable working through a fairly large batch of content You won’t need to design the carousels — this role is primarily about turning the existing content into carousel-ready copy. There are approximately 50 carousels in the initial batch. I’d like to agree a fixed rate per completed carousel, rather than an hourly rate.
