Build a customer ordering to order completion
We are looking for a quote to design and build a bespoke web-based internal intranet, CRM and order management system for TeamGrassroots. The key requirements are: 1. Customer / Club CRM – A central customer database containing club/company details, multiple contacts, notes, communication history, previous quotes, orders, invoices and documents. 2. Enquiry & Lead Management – Record new enquiries, assign them to staff, set follow-up dates and move opportunities through stages from initial enquiry to quote, won or lost. 3. Quotation System – Create professional branded quotes using products/SKUs, quantities, personalisation, discounts, VAT and delivery, with automatic calculations and the ability to convert an accepted quote directly into an order. 4. Order Management – Manage the complete order journey through configurable stages such as payment, artwork, approval, stock ordering, production, quality control, dispatch and completion. 5. Visual Order Dashboard – A simple Kanban-style dashboard showing all live orders and their current status, allowing staff and management to immediately see where every job sits and what requires attention. 6. Artwork & Document Management – Upload and store club badges, sponsor logos, kit mock-ups, print/embroidery proofs, invoices, purchase orders and other documents against the relevant customer/order, including artwork approval status. 7. Invoicing, Payments & Margins – Generate invoices, record payments and outstanding balances, store buying and selling prices and calculate estimated gross profit/margin on individual orders. 8. Product & Production Management – Maintain a central product/SKU database and create production jobs for embroidery, DTF printing, heat press, engraving, trophies etc., with deadlines, priorities and production statuses. 9. Staff Tasks, Permissions & Audit Trail – Individual staff logins with appropriate permissions, assigned tasks/follow-ups, staff dashboards and a complete audit trail showing who made changes and when. 10. Scalable Customer Portal & Integrations – The system should be designed so that a future customer-facing portal can allow customers to view/accept quotes, approve artwork, view order progress, download/pay invoices, track deliveries and reorder. We would also like the architecture to allow future integrations with accounting software, email, DPD, payment providers, our website/shop and supplier/stock systems. Key Requirement The priority is simplicity and usability. We don't want a complicated corporate CRM. We want one central system that allows our team to manage the complete journey: Enquiry → Quote → Order → Artwork → Payment → Stock → Production → Dispatch → Completion → Reorder At this stage, we would appreciate an indicative cost and timescale for design and development, together with any recommendations on whether the project should be delivered in phases.

Facebook / Meta Video Ad Creator — Performance & Hooks Focused We’re looking for someone to turn our existing raw footage into high-performing Facebook/Instagram video ads (30–60 seconds) for our UK wellness brand, NUYU. Important: we are NOT simply looking for a video editor. We can provide plenty of raw footage, UGC, product footage, testimonials and brand assets. What we need is someone who understands performance advertising and knows how to turn that footage into ads designed to sell. You should have strong experience with: * Creating scroll-stopping hooks in the first 1–3 seconds * Understanding why people buy — pain points, desires, objections and curiosity * Structuring ads around Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA * Turning raw UGC/product footage into multiple compelling ad concepts * Writing strong on-screen copy, headlines and CTAs * Pacing, pattern interrupts, captions and visual hooks * Creating different hook/angle variations so we can properly test creative * Understanding what works specifically on Meta/Facebook, rather than simply producing nice-looking videos We are not looking for cinematic brand films. We want ads that feel native to the feed, grab attention quickly and are built around conversion. Ideally, you will have a strong portfolio of DTC/e-commerce Meta ads and be able to explain the thinking behind the creatives — not just show us something that looks good. To apply, please send: 1. 3–5 examples of Meta video ads you’ve personally created. 2. Examples where you were responsible for the hook/concept, not just the edit. 3. A short explanation of how you approach the first 3 seconds of a Facebook ad. 4. Your price per 30–60 second ad and cost for producing multiple hook variations. 5. Any experience within wellness, supplements, health, fitness or beauty. There is potential for ongoing work if we find the right person. We have a significant amount of footage and want to build a regular pipeline of new Meta creative. Please don’t apply if your experience is primarily general video editing. We’re specifically looking for someone who understands direct-response creative, hooks and sell through video.

7 hours ago26 proposalsRemoteSeeking a Registered Barristers Legal Opinion
I am seeking assistance with a narrowly defined legal opinion concerning a new UK start-up product being developed under the law of England and Wales. MANORIAL HOUSE is developing a Heritable Lordship Style-Title, structured as a modern private contractual product associated with a researched historic English manor. Importantly, the Product does not purport to sell, restore or re-establish the original historic lordship, land, manorial rights, peerage, nobility, Crown dignity or public office. The operative rights arise from a private Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment and are expressly described as modern contractual rights. The full document suite has already undergone an independent legal consultancy review, including the operative Deed, consumer terms and conditions, prospective purchaser information and wording, succession arrangements, purchase letter and certificate. A separate independent legal assessment has also considered the specific terminology used for the Style-Title in relation to the question below, however they were not registered. I am now seeking a formally instructed practising barrister to provide an independent opinion on the narrower underlying question: Whether, under the law of England and Wales, there is any legal impediment to a company creating and granting by private deed a modern contractual style in the form “Lord of [Place] or Lord of the Manor of [Place]”, where it is expressly distinguished from ownership of the historic Lordship of the Manor and from any peerage, Crown dignity, nobility, manorial property right or official status. I would particularly welcome Counsel's opinion on whether “Lord of [Place]” is legally preferable to “Lord of the Manor of [Place]” for maintaining that distinction, having regard to contract law, manorial/property law, misrepresentation, passing off and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. I am not asking Counsel to certify ownership of any historic lordship or undertake historical title verification. If the conclusion is supportive, I would also require a short approved public-facing summary which may accurately be shown to customers as evidence that the legal structure and terminology have been independently considered by practising Counsel. This is a personally funded pre-launch business and legal due diligence is being undertaken before the Product is offered to the public/launched. I am therefore exploring whether this narrowly scoped opinion might be suitable for pro bono or reduced-fee assistance. I have attached: 1. the existing independent legal consultancy review on the full document suite (note all reccomendations have been implemented); 2. the separate independent legal opinion on the Style-Title terminology; 3. a short briefing document on the product and company. 4. website: www.manorialhouse.co.uk I can further provide if required: 1. the operative Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment; and 2. prospective customer information guide I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether this is within your scope, confirm your credentials and fee. This may lead to future work. Kind regards, Daniel Ruscoe

9 hours ago11 proposalsRemoteMiddle-Grade Fantasy Book Cover Designer + Series Brand Assets
Hello, I am looking for an experienced book cover designer/illustrator to create a professional cover for my upcoming middle-grade fantasy adventure novel, Amelia and the Secret of Stonehenge, by A.K. Hart. This is the first book in a planned series, so ideally I am looking for a designer I can build a long-term working relationship with and continue working with on future books. I already have an existing cover concept, but I am looking for a fresh creative interpretation rather than a recreation of it. The story follows Amelia, a young girl who discovers that Stonehenge is hiding far more than anyone realises. She encounters Max, a boy made of living stone, and becomes drawn into a hidden world of ancient races, secret passages, shadow creatures and long-hidden secrets. Stonehenge is central to the story and should be one of the strongest visual hooks on the cover. The book is aimed at readers aged approximately 8 to 12, but I particularly want the cover to appeal to the 10 to 12 age group. I do not want it to look overly young, cute, cartoonish or childish. It should feel like a genuine middle-grade fantasy adventure, with mystery, discovery, ancient secrets and a slight sense of danger, while remaining exciting rather than frightening. I am open to different creative approaches. Amelia and/or Max may appear if appropriate, but I do not want to restrict the designer to a predetermined character composition. I am also open to a more atmospheric or symbolic approach. The cover must also work well at small Amazon/Kindle thumbnail size. Ideally, I would like 2 to 3 genuinely different initial concepts before choosing the direction to develop. The same core design will be adapted across different editions. There are two trim sizes: one for paperback and one for hardback. The paperback requires a full front, spine and back cover wrap. The hardback requires its own full wrap at a different trim size. There will be two hardback versions: a Standard Hardback Edition for general publication, and a Kickstarter Hardback Edition using the same design but with a specially designed Kickstarter Edition emblem or badge. I am not asking for three different designs, but one strong core design adapted correctly for the paperback, standard hardback and Kickstarter hardback editions. Exact templates, trim sizes and spine widths will be supplied once the final typeset page count is available. The books are intended for KDP and IngramSpark, so relevant print-production experience would be useful. Because this is the first book in a series, I would also like a small number of reusable visual assets, such as a Kickstarter Edition emblem, a simple series emblem or symbol, a Stonehenge or stone-inspired icon, and small decorative elements for the book, website, social media or promotional material. The project should ideally include 2 to 3 initial concepts, development of the selected concept, final cover artwork and typography, paperback full wrap, standard hardback full wrap, Kickstarter hardback variant, high-resolution eBook/front cover, agreed supplementary assets, print-ready files for KDP and IngramSpark, and high-resolution/source files where appropriate. I will require full commercial usage rights. Please explain whether copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork is transferred to me, what source/master files are supplied, and whether there are any restrictions on using or adapting the artwork for future books, websites, social media, promotional material or merchandise. When applying, please provide relevant middle-grade, fantasy, adventure or children's publishing examples, a brief explanation of how you would approach this cover, whether you personally create the illustration and typography, whether generative AI is used at any stage, what files are included, your copyright terms, estimated timescale, number of concepts and revision rounds, and confirmation that your quote includes all three production versions. Please also confirm whether you would be interested in working on future books in the series. I would prefer to establish a long-term relationship with one designer and maintain a consistent visual identity. The listed £800 budget is indicative. I am willing to consider higher proposals from designers with a strong relevant portfolio and the right creative approach. There is no advantage to submitting immediately. I would much rather receive a considered response than a generic proposal sent quickly. The project will remain open for submissions until 31 August 2026. I intend to review and shortlist the strongest proposals on 31 August and 1 September. I am not expecting finished artwork or free speculative design work as part of your proposal. At this stage, I am primarily interested in your portfolio, understanding of the project and proposed approach. I can provide shortlisted designers with the manuscript, synopsis, character references, existing artwork and previous cover concept.

3D Human Avatar Animation & Motion Capture. 20 exercise videos
20 SHORT 3D HUMAN AVATAR EXERCISE VIDEOS. PAID TRIAL Experienced 3D Animator / Motion Capture Specialist Wanted I am creating a book and QR-linked video library for my own acting technique. I have already filmed professional actors performing 20 acting exercises and now need an experienced 3D animator/motion-capture specialist to transform those performances into convincing human-like animated characters while preserving as much of the actors' physical performance as possible. This is NOT a simple AI video/filter job. I need someone experienced in video-to-motion capture, 3D human character animation, motion retargeting and professional video editing. THE PROJECT 20 separate exercise videos, divided into five chapters of four exercises. Each finished video will be approximately 40 seconds–1 minute 20 seconds. For each exercise I have: • Complete wide-shot actor footage • Corresponding close-up footage • Synchronised footage using a clap • Actor stating the exercise name/number at the beginning • Actor performing in time with the VO • One professionally recorded VO file per exercise • Music will be supplied I can provide timing/timecode information. WHAT YOU WILL DO For each video: • Process the actor footage using an appropriate professional video-to-motion/motion-capture workflow • Retarget the movement onto a suitable 3D human avatar • Preserve the actor's physical performance as accurately as possible • Create natural human movement, weight, rhythm and timing • Preserve visible breathing, which is particularly important • Reproduce facial expression/performance as closely as technically possible • Edit wide and close-up footage appropriately • Synchronise animation with my professional VO • Add supplied music • Maintain a consistent visual style across all 20 videos • Export high-quality finished videos suitable for QR-linked online viewing VISUAL STYLE I want human-like 3D animated characters, NOT cartoon animals, generic AI animation or a simple filter over the original footage. The purpose is to protect the identity of the real actors while retaining the qualities of their performances. I envisage approximately three consistent character identities/styles - female, male and gender-neutral but the avatars have not yet been created. I am open to your professional recommendation. SOFTWARE / WORKFLOW I am aware of DeepMotion Animate 3D, but I am NOT requiring DeepMotion and do not currently have an account. I am open to DeepMotion, Rokoko, Reallusion/Character Creator/iClone or another suitable professional workflow. Please recommend the workflow you believe will produce the best result within the budget. PAID TRIAL — REQUIRED I have previously advertised this project and received applicants who claimed they could do the work but could not produce the required result. Therefore, I will not award the project based on claims alone. I will shortlist approximately 3 applicants based on their portfolio and experience. Each shortlisted applicant will be offered a £20 PAID TRIAL using a small section of one actual exercise. The trial will assess: • Motion capture/retargeting • Natural human movement • Breathing/body rhythm • Facial performance where possible • Avatar quality • Wide/close-up editing • VO synchronisation • Overall finish The trial is paid work, not a free sample. ACTOR FOOTAGE — STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY The footage contains identifiable professional actors who have agreed to this specific project on the understanding that their identities are protected. FIXED BUDGET £300 FIXED PRICE FOR ALL 20 FINISHED VIDEOS. The £20 trial is separate. No additional hourly charges or unexpected costs. WHAT I PROVIDE Wide and close-up actor footage, synchronisation references, exercise information, professional VO, music and timing/timecode information. No filming is required. PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS 1. What exact software, AI/motion-capture platform and avatar/character system would you use for this project, and why? 2. Show your strongest example of realistic human 3D character animation. 3. Show an example of human movement captured from video, if available. 4. Do you have facial animation experience? Please show an example. 5. How would you preserve breathing, natural rhythm and physical intention from the actor? 6. What avatar/character system would you recommend? 7. Can you complete all 20 videos for the fixed £300 budget? 8. Will you complete the £20 paid trial if shortlisted? 9. Will you comply with the actor-footage confidentiality requirements? 10. If your workflow uses a third-party AI/motion-capture platform, which one and what happens to uploaded footage? Please do not send a generic application. I am looking for someone who can demonstrate genuine ability to produce convincing human animation, not simply someone who says they can do it. The goal is to create 20 believable, human-looking animated demonstrations while protecting the identity of the real actors whose performances created them.
