Currently, the Instagram and Facebook Shop integration is not functioning as expected, and a custom URL/domain needs to be created and configured to complete the connection successfully. We already have a product CSV file that can be uploaded into Squarespace. However, some product fields will be incomplete after upload, so this role also involves reviewing products and filling in missing information directly within Squarespace.
