Sound design & final mix for a 2-minute video
I have a two minute corporate video for YouTube and web that needs professional sound design and a final mix. The voiceover and music are already in place and will be supplied as separate files. Your job is to bring the visuals to life with sound effects and deliver a polished, balanced final mix. The picture edit is near final, but some motion graphics may still be tweaked after delivery, so the file delivery requirements below are essential. Scope of work: - Design and sync sound effects to picture (transitions, motion hits, ambience and similar, as appropriate to the edit) - Balance voiceover, music and SFX into a final mix - Master to around -14 LUFS, suitable for YouTube and web Deliverables: - Final mix as a 48kHz WAV - Separate stems for voiceover, music and SFX - Each individual sound effect also delivered as its own WAV, with every file exported from the same start point (00:00:00) so they all line up in my timeline. This is a firm requirement: if the motion changes, I need to remove or nudge a single effect without redoing the mix. Please include in your proposal: - A fixed price and turnaround time - How many revision rounds are included - Confirmation that all sound effects are licensed for commercial use on YouTube and the web - One or two examples of similar corporate or brand work, ideally with before/after sound I will share a private link to the video with shortlisted freelancers so you can confirm your quote. Proposals that address the separate-file requirement specifically will be prioritised.

Hi - I have recorded let it go as a video for social media on my iphone 17 . Suprisingly it sounds very good and clear. However there is a word “blast” i need extending ever so slightly with vibranto added on the end inly needs extending for 1.5 seconds just the vocal. And then the word “past” again the same. You would need to know how to use Audacity and have some light knowledge of things like EQ, reverb, panning. In other words, basic sound production knowledge. Alter some background tracks for an escape room
I have an escape room business which is based around memory implants and the games are all memory experiments. We have a scary game called Cabin in the Woods. We use a couple of background tracks that play during the game, and I want to add some more sound effects to them (rain, birds, rustling trees outside, thunder etc.) as well as some jump scary type sounds (screams, stabs etc) to be provided separately. We also have a ending sound track which we manually trigger to change to when the team complete the game, currently over that background track there is a voice that says "Memory failure" as the memory is disconnecting, but it sounds like the team has failed the game and causes some confusion, so I want to change that to something like "Memory closing" or similar, and have a separate file we can play before hand that will either be "Congratulations, memory alignment is successful", or "Danger! Danger! Memory timeline ended, memory collapse imminent", both to have some sirens/sound effects behind them. The full workflow once the sounds are create is below: Looping background (supplied by me) you to add rain/thunder effects (played when teams arrive) Memory starting (supplied by me) you to add rain/thunder (played when we trigger to start the game) Main background (supplied by me) you to add rain/thunder (plays during full game) "Congratulations" or "Danger! I have a 3 minute video recording singing to camera. The audio requires the following edits: -Reverb added to the vocal, where appropriate -Adding subtle backing music. Perhaps a hand pan, harmonium or acoustic guitar The aim is the make it sound ethereal - similar style to that of artists Clara Sophia and Mei-lan. The backing music will need to be royalty free and I will need to purchase the rights to use it so I can eventually upload to music sharing platforms. At the moment, I’m recording using the inbuilt phone mic so if you have some suggestions on how to get clear and better quality audio that would be a bonus. This would be ongoing work.
