Website Redesign for Independent Furniture Retailer

I’m looking for an experienced web designer (not just a developer) to completely redesign my furniture retail website. This is not an ecommerce website. We do not sell online. Our goal is to encourage customers to visit our showroom or contact us for advice. The website is for an established independent furniture retailer in North Yorkshire, UK, selling quality sofas, beds, dining furniture, bedroom furniture and home accessories. I want someone to: * Review my existing website and identify what isn’t working. * Create a completely new website design. * Rewrite the page layouts where necessary. * Improve the user journey from homepage to enquiry. * Make the business look more premium, trustworthy and established. * Optimise the site for desktop and mobile. * Improve page speed and usability. * Ensure the site is SEO-friendly. Social media management for new running brand

I'm looking for a freelancer (not agency) to help me get the social media strategy correct for my start-up brand, initially building up followers and email subscribers for an initial small product launch in the coming months. I have some strong photography, what I believe is a good brand, nice product and a good Shopify website. I am creating video assets as well. But I need to understand the best way to deploy content effectively on Instagram/FB and probably Tiktok for maximum reach. I also want to spend on advertising on these platforms to accelerate following growth and drive email sign ups so need advice/guidance and/or complete management of these things to ensure I get it right.
