Business change of name and URL

My business has recently changed it´s name and the URL for the website has changed, I need some help in protecting my Google ranking for the change over, checking the 301 redirects are correct and that Google lists the new site and we do not lose rankings for having a duplicate site. After a year I would like to close the old site down.

We require a narrated animation to explain an industrial process. I have no graphics to supply so each element will have to be drawn from explainer photographs or diagrams. I will require hand holding as I have never commissioned an animation before. All advice welcome. The tone will need to be professional, not too quirky. The target audience is scientists. The whole animation needs to suggest a very controlled industrial environment. The animation will show a patented machine using sound waves to interface with and clean and clear graphite build up. Below is what we wish to achieve visually as a minimum 1. Our Company Logo on screen for approx 5 seconds 2. Images of sound waves working their magic - approx 10 seconds. 3. An image of our machine with a lance/hose attached (machine made to look a little more modern) - approx 10 seconds. 4. An image of a graphite stack and bricks being removed piece by piece - 10 seconds 5. An image of the nano microwaves (basically the same as above butmore of them/ working faster) The 45 second narration we wish to have his below. Planning drawings

Hi, I do different planning applications and i'm looking to work with architectural consultants on various projects. I have an immediate requirement for a planning application for a new driveway entrance (planning consultant has mapped it out on planning portal map). Just need drawing showing new entrance with visability splay. and also an application for the erection of a shed on the same property. The property is a listed building so planning is required for this as its not covered by permitted development rights.
