Social media management for new running brand

I'm looking for a freelancer (not agency) to help me get the social media strategy correct for my start-up brand, initially building up followers and email subscribers for an initial small product launch in the coming months. I have some strong photography, what I believe is a good brand, nice product and a good Shopify website. I am creating video assets as well. But I need to understand the best way to deploy content effectively on Instagram/FB and probably Tiktok for maximum reach. I also want to spend on advertising on these platforms to accelerate following growth and drive email sign ups so need advice/guidance and/or complete management of these things to ensure I get it right. This is a real project, I'm serious about it and I want the right people. I think I'm fair in my expectations and reasonable to work with so hopefully it will be a good experience for all involved. Videographer for B-roll

Product Data enrichment

I have 12,000 products from a website, I need to enrich this data with lots more data points and specifications with data from online to create a wide database which can be used for analysis, it will require multiple data points, manufacturers websites, retail sites. Not all products use the same SKU's on different sites so LLM will need to be used to get matches where possible.
