UK Accountant Needed to Review & Prepare Ltd Accounts

We are looking for an experienced UK accountant to review and process the accounts for our UK Limited Company. We have already done the majority of the preparation work and have everything organised and ready for review, including: Income and expenditure records Bank transaction information Receipts and supporting documentation Company expense information Previous years' filed company accounts Previous Corporation Tax calculations and records Information from the previous 2–3 accounting years for reference We are not looking for someone to undertake a large bookkeeping or data-entry project. The financial information has already been gathered and organised. We need someone who can: Review the figures and supporting information we have prepared Check that income and expenses have been categorised and treated correctly Identify any adjustments or additional information required Prepare the company's annual accounts based on the information supplied Calculate the Corporation Tax position Advise us of anything that needs correcting or addressing before submission Ideally be familiar with UK Limited Companies, Companies House requirements and HMRC Corporation Tax requirements At this stage, the main priority is getting the accounts reviewed and correctly prepared. We can discuss separately whether you will also handle the actual submission to Companies House and HMRC. We would prefer to work with someone who regularly handles accounts for small UK owner-managed Limited Companies. I am looking for an independent, highly creative, part-time social media manager to manage and grow my Instagram and Facebook pages. Compelling Ad Copy: Write engaging, transformation-focused, or educational captions with strong hooks that drive bookings. Before & Afters: Professionally edit transformation photos, ensuring perfect grid alignment and absolute client privacy (cropping out faces/identifying features). Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts directly through Meta Business Suite (no personal password sharing required). ⚠️ STRICT REQUIREMENT: NO STOCK PHOTOS OR AI IMAGES I want my brand to look premium, authentic, and trustworthy.
