I am looking for an affordable freelance or part-time accountant to assist with the preparation, review and filing of statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returns for UK limited companies. The companies are micro-entities and are not VAT-registered. I intend to prepare much of the accounting work myself using IRIS Elements / IRIS Accounts, which should reduce the workload for you. However, I would like to arrange online meetings with screen sharing to discuss the accounts, review the work, clarify any accounting treatments or requirements, and make any necessary adjustments or corrections. Although I do prepare the accounting work myself to assistn you but preparation of the full accounts will be in your scope of work. Once the draft accounts and Corporation Tax computations are ready, we would have a further online meeting to review and finalise them before submission to Companies House and HMRC.
