We have complete existing OMS & CRM platforms
They were built as bespoke items by a developer who is no longer trading
We have a service company at the moment, but they are slow to respond and they are expensive
We are looking for a new provider who can:
Service our existing OMS & CRM platforms
Perform adjustments as necessary
Physically based in the UK and ideally close to Chester in Cheshire
We are willing to sign up for a service agreement package or work on a basic service/job ad hoc basis
We will need evidence that the person/company bidding has the expertise and the capacity to service our needs

What platform is the software ? -
Hi Ian, before I submit a proposal, can you confirm:
1. What’s the OMS/CRM tech stack + hosting (and do you have repo + admin access)?
2. Do you want a Phase 1 takeover audit first (code review + risk log + backlog + support plan) before ongoing support?
3. Is remote UK-based support fine, or do you need regular onsite near Chester?
