London, GBSet wrong expectations and did not provide what I was looking for.
Was told it would be ready in 24 hours and expectation was not met even though I didn't set a deadline or asked for a 24 hour TAT.
I asked for an illustration for a children's book with the main character to look like my daughter and it was not even close. Overall was not satisfied with the level of work.
