FRA template from MS Forms

Bulk of the project i think is the design of the output document - basically i want a MS forms ( or similar) question set that populates a pretty report, i will need to be able to add my own standard answers to whatever input system is used. I will also need to add text to the final report - so commentary boxes. the critical thing is to design something that doesnt overspill text or miss size pictures. i dont know, if its your type of thing hit me up and i'll share some of what i want it to look like. Dont want to pay a fortune but i realise its specialist. the main points of the project are - Based on standard software packages so i can edit Input dashboard for onsite Inputs - mostly a choice of 5 possible answers, cc 80 questions Some pictures needs to be editable after the creation. Sound design & final mix for a 2-minute video

I have a two minute corporate video for YouTube and web that needs professional sound design and a final mix. The voiceover and music are already in place and will be supplied as separate files. Your job is to bring the visuals to life with sound effects and deliver a polished, balanced final mix. The picture edit is near final, but some motion graphics may still be tweaked after delivery, so the file delivery requirements below are essential. Scope of work: - Design and sync sound effects to picture (transitions, motion hits, ambience and similar, as appropriate to the edit) - Balance voiceover, music and SFX into a final mix - Master to around -14 LUFS, suitable for YouTube and web Deliverables: - Final mix as a 48kHz WAV - Separate stems for voiceover, music and SFX - Each individual sound effect also delivered as its own WAV, with every file exported from the same start point (00:00:00) so they all line up in my timeline.
