Type: Freelance / trial basis to start (a few hours per week) Location: Remote Budget: Open – please submit your proposal and rate About the role I've developed specialist software for a very niche B2B market: school and nursery photography. The system works on a shared, multi-tenant model (similar in concept to Shopify) — photographers and studios use it to sell their photos online to parents. There are only a handful of companies worldwide offering software built specifically for this market, and the target list in the UK is small and well-defined (roughly 600–800 photographers and studios, ranging from sole traders to multi-photographer companies). This isn't a mass cold-calling job — it's a focused, relationship-led campaign into a tight, identifiable market. What I'm looking for I need an experienced telemarketer to help book demo meetings with prospective clients (studio owners/decision-makers). You'll be calling from a defined, relatively short list rather than working through huge volumes, so quality of conversation matters more than call count. To start, I'd like to run a small batch of test calls so we can both see how the approach lands and refine the pitch before scaling up. What I'd like included in your proposal Your experience with B2B/SaaS software telemarketing or appointment-setting How you'd approach a niche, low-volume prospect list (vs. high-volume cold calling) Your suggested process: research/warm-up, opening pitch, objection handling, and booking the demo How you'd handle common objections (e.g. "we already use a competitor," "not looking to switch software," or "too busy right now / it's our busy season" — we offer full setup support to make switching low-effort, so overcoming this one matters) Your proposed rate/structure (hourly, per meeting booked, or a fixed fee for an initial test batch) Availability for a short call so I can walk you through the product, its USPs, and likely objections before you start About the product (for context) Built from 20+ years of hands-on experience in the school/nursery photography market Sales performance comparable to one of the leading competitor products Key differentiator: significant time savings — one existing studio is already saving 20% on staff time using the software, alongside a range of additional features competitors don't offer We provide full setup support to get new studios onboarded, which helps overcome the "too busy to switch" objection common during their busy season Ideal candidate Proven experience selling or booking meetings for software/SaaS products, ideally B2B Comfortable handling technical/feature-based objections after a short briefing Organised and comfortable working from a defined prospect list rather than a script-and-dial-fast approach Available for a trial run of a few hours a week to start, with scope to grow if it works well If this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch with your relevant experience and how you'd approach this campaign.

16 days ago18 proposalsRemotePhotographer with product experience (technical setting)
We're a deep-tech startup based on Cambridge Heath Road in East London, working on advanced battery recycling. We're looking for a photographer to come to our office for a mixed shoot of technology and materials, plus team photos. We work with battery-grade powders and need someone with close-up/product photography experience, ideally in an industrial, technical, or material-focused setting. Tech photos will include our materials (sheets, fine powders, and liquids), machinery, and a small warehouse-style working space. Our main challenge is that we need the photos to reflect that we’re scaling up, rather than looking lab-scale. As one example, we're thinking powder photographed on top of a barrel rather than in a small jar, or tight close-ups on machinery. Open to your ideas here too. We'd also like a few short (few-second) video clips of the materials, e.g. powder moving in a jar, if that's something you can offer alongside stills. For the team photos, we're a team of 8, and need individual headshots plus a few group shots. We're happy to work with students or photographers building their portfolio, as long as you can show some existing close-up/product work, ideally in a technical setting. Please send a rough quote, either a flat project rate or an hourly rate, plus a separate quote if video is included. Before booking, we'll ask you to confirm you're comfortable signing a short confidentiality agreement (not discussing or disclosing any non-public technical or business details seen or overheard during the shoot) and agree that we own full commercial rights to the final images. You're welcome to use them in your own portfolio, with the exception of any specific images we flag as restricted at the time.

Event videographer + photo, full day in Warwickshire on 6/10
We're running a one day business conference at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, Warwickshire (CV8 2LD) on Tuesday 6 October and need one person on site for the day to handle filming and photography. This is an in-person job, so please only apply if you can travel to the venue with your own kit. It's a straightforward day to shoot. Eight speaker sessions of 30 to 45 minutes each, and the speakers are seated, interview style (one may present standing). The sessions are recorded on a 1-2 locked-off camera, so once it's rolling you're free to shoot stills and B-roll around it. The day: Arrive approx 8:00am for empty room and venue B-roll before doors Event runs 9:15am to 3:30pm with a one hour lunch Re-frame the locked-off camera between sessions, keep an eye on levels Photography throughout: speakers, audience, networking, venue, details B-roll through the day for use in a highlight reel and future promotion What we need delivered: Raw video files of all 8 sessions plus all B-roll (file transfer or drive) Separate audio files (see audio note below) Edited photo set, full day coverage Audio matters most on this job. The session recordings are being used as learning material afterwards, so sound must come from the venue PA desk feed or lapel mics on the speakers, not the camera mic. Tell us in your proposal how you'd capture it. Editing is not included in this brief (we're handling the session edits and highlight reel ourselves), but if you offer editing, feel free to quote it as an optional extra. You'll need: your own camera kit (4K preferred), sturdy tripod, audio recorder and lapel mics or the ability to take a PA feed, a stills camera, and public liability insurance. Please include 2 or 3 examples of similar work (conferences, talks, interviews or business events) with your proposal, your plan for audio, and confirm you can be at CV8 2LD for 8am on 6 October. Travel costs should be included in your price.

VANDALUX is a pre-launch, pre-incorporation digital marketplace being developed for pre-owned and high-value luxury goods, including watches, jewellery, handbags, fine art and collectibles. I am looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Project Manager / Consultant to take ownership of a specific provider-sourcing and operational workstream in preparation for a future Commercial Launch. The project covers three connected areas: • Independent authentication providers for high-value luxury goods • High-value logistics across Europe • Transit insurance / specialist insurance brokerage for valuable shipments This is not a research-only or advisory assignment. The selected professional should be able to actively manage the workstream on behalf of VANDALUX, including: • assessing our proposed operational requirements and transaction routes; • researching and identifying suitable providers in Europe and internationally; • contacting providers directly by email and telephone; • handling English-language provider calls and follow-ups; • obtaining indicative commercial and operational terms; • comparing providers, coverage, value limits, geographic availability, exclusions, costs and operational requirements; • identifying gaps or dependencies between authentication, transport and insurance; • recommending one or more practical, launch-ready solutions. A representative future transaction route may be: Seller → Independent Authenticator → Buyer The objective is to establish how such a route can work operationally, including who transports the item, how each stage can be insured, applicable value/category/geographic limits, and what provider arrangements would be required. VANDALUX is currently in pre-launch development. No commercial transactions are currently being executed. Provider activation and final implementation would take place later, if and when the marketplace proceeds to Commercial Launch, potentially in several months. The immediate assignment is therefore focused on feasibility, provider sourcing and engagement, collection of real commercial and operational information, and development of a launch-ready framework. Relevant experience may include operations/project management, vendor or provider sourcing, high-value logistics, insurance/broker engagement, luxury/resale marketplaces, authentication services, procurement or cross-border operations. Please explain in your proposal: Your relevant experience with similar provider-sourcing or operational projects. Whether you can personally handle provider outreach, follow-ups and English-language calls. Any relevant experience in logistics, insurance and/or authentication. How you would approach this assignment. Your proposed scope, deliverables, timeline and fixed project fee. I am looking for someone who can take hands-on ownership of this workstream and return with implementable options, rather than providing a general strategy report only.

I am looking for an experienced web developer/designer to build a modern, professional and fully responsive travel website for my brand WORLD IN FRAME. World in Frame is a growing travel content brand focused on authentic travel, local culture, hidden places, viewpoints, street food, festivals and cinematic travel storytelling. Content is currently published across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I already have the World in Frame branding, logo, banner, photos and video content. I am looking for someone to turn this into a professional website that visually matches the existing brand. WHAT I NEED: • Modern, premium travel-style website • WordPress or another easy-to-use CMS • Fully responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop • Fast loading and optimized images • Easy administration – I must be able to add/edit content myself without coding • Homepage with strong visual hero/banner • Destinations section • Travel Stories / Blog • Videos section with YouTube integration • Photo galleries • Travel Guides / useful travel information • About World in Frame • Contact page • Social media links/integration – YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok • Newsletter/email signup ready for future use • Basic SEO setup • Google-friendly structure • Contact form • SSL/HTTPS setup • Cookie/privacy basics • Google Analytics / Search Console ready • Possibility to expand the website later DESTINATIONS: The website is NOT only about Asia. It should be structured so I can create destinations by continent, country and location, for example: Asia Thailand Bangkok Chiang Mai Phuket Europe Poland Krakow United Kingdom London ...and continue adding new countries and destinations in the future. CONTENT MANAGEMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT: After completion I want to manage the website myself. For example, while travelling I should be able to log in, create a new travel post, upload photos, write text, embed a YouTube video, choose a destination/category and publish it without contacting the developer. I do NOT want to depend on the developer for normal website updates. OWNERSHIP & ACCESS: The website, domain, hosting and administrator accounts must remain fully under my ownership/control. Once the project is completed and paid for, I must receive full administrator access and all necessary credentials. I must be able to change passwords after handover and manage the website independently. No ongoing developer access should be required. DESIGN: The website should look modern, cinematic and premium – not like a generic travel blog template. The design should follow my existing World in Frame visual identity. I will provide the logo, banner, photographs and examples. Dark/black visual elements combined with strong travel photography can be used where appropriate. IMPORTANT: Please send examples of travel, photography, media or content websites you have previously created. Please also confirm: 1. Which CMS/platform you recommend. 2. Whether I will have full administrator access. 3. Whether I can easily publish posts/photos/videos myself. 4. What is included in your fixed price. 5. How many revisions are included. 6. Estimated completion time. 7. Whether the website will be optimized for mobile and basic SEO. 8. Whether you can assist with connecting the domain and hosting. Luxury Marketplace Operations & High-Value Logistics Specialist
Description VANDALUX is a pre-launch European marketplace for authenticated pre-owned luxury goods, including designer handbags, watches, jewellery and accessories. We are looking for an experienced Luxury Marketplace Operations Specialist with practical experience in luxury resale, consignment, authentication, auction operations, high-value logistics/fulfilment or a related field. This is not a general Project Manager or strategy-consulting role. VANDALUX has already developed its proposed Commercial operating model and is in discussions with specialist providers covering authentication, secure logistics/custody, insured transport and related infrastructure. We are not looking for someone to restart this work from zero. We need someone who can take the existing work forward, communicate directly with relevant providers/facilitators, close remaining operational gaps and help turn the different components into a simple, workable end-to-end transaction process. Intended Transaction Model Our proposed workflow is broadly: Seller photos/details → preliminary remote authentication → transaction → secure collection/custody → controlled authentication evidence captured independently of Seller → final authentication → insured delivery to Buyer. Where remote authentication is insufficient, an item may exceptionally require physical authentication. The final workflow is still being validated with providers. The objective is a secure but operationally simple model suitable for initially low transaction volumes. What We Need The specialist may help: coordinate directly with authentication, secure logistics, custody, insurance and other operational providers/facilitators; close outstanding practical questions with those providers; define responsibilities and handoffs between Seller, logistics/custody, authentication and Buyer; establish practical item identity, intake, condition-recording and chain-of-custody procedures; determine how controlled authentication photographs/evidence should be captured after an item leaves Seller control; coordinate additional evidence requests and exceptional physical authentication; define secure handling, dispatch, returns and failed-authentication/exception workflows; consider custody and insurance continuity across handoffs; identify and resolve genuine operational gaps without introducing unnecessary complexity or fixed costs. Longer-Term Potential We are not simply looking for a consultant to produce a report and leave. If there is a strong fit, we would like this person potentially to continue with VANDALUX at Commercial Launch on a freelance, part-time or on-demand basis, coordinating real transactions/providers and potentially supporting the controlled physical-item workflow. The specialist does not need to personally authenticate items. Authentication decisions will remain with specialist third-party providers. However, practical understanding of authentication operations, high-value item handling, evidence integrity and chain of custody is important. Relevant backgrounds include luxury resale/consignment, auction houses, authentication operations, luxury inventory/quality control and high-value logistics/fulfilment. European/cross-border experience is particularly valuable. Initial Paid Assignment The initial assignment is deliberately limited. The selected specialist will: Review a concise handover of our existing operating model and provider position. Review the proposed transaction workflow. Identify remaining practical operational gaps without repeating completed work. Communicate with relevant providers/facilitators where clarification is needed. Recommend the simplest workable Commercial transaction workflow, responsibilities and handoffs. Identify any material operational blockers. Discuss potential ongoing support at Commercial Launch. We want practical, implementation-focused input, not a lengthy theoretical consultancy report. The budget shown on this listing applies only to this initial assignment. It does not cover future Commercial Launch operations, ongoing transaction handling or a longer-term role. Any subsequent engagement will be scoped separately. When Applying Please briefly describe: Your relevant luxury resale/consignment/authentication/auction/high-value operations experience. Luxury categories you have worked with. Experience with authentication, item intake, evidence/condition recording or chain of custody. Experience coordinating logistics, authentication, custody, insurance or fulfilment providers. Your location and European market experience. Whether you could potentially provide ongoing/on-demand operational support at Commercial Launch. Please focus on directly relevant operational experience rather than general project-management experience.

Shopify Designer & Developer
We are launching a premium clothing brand, with graphic T-shirts priced at approximately €90, and are looking for an exceptional Shopify designer/developer to build our store. The creative direction combines Mediterranean old-money elegance with bold, unexpected illustrations. We need someone with strong fashion taste, excellent typography skills and the ability to turn campaign imagery into a distinctive shopping experience. VISUAL DIRECTION Imagine a Riviera weekend: historic seaside hotels, yacht decks, cream linen, dark wood, evening dinners and confident, understated styling. Our T-shirts bring the attitude through original graphics. The website brings the sophistication through art direction, photography, typography and layout. References to explore: • Casablanca — expressive fashion and luxury leisure. • Aimé Leon Dore — cohesive lifestyle storytelling. • Tom Ford — confidence and sensuality. • Oakâme — warm neutrals and striking editorial scale. • Farfetch — clear product browsing and shopping functionality. These references describe different aspects of the direction. We want an original identity. THE EXPERIENCE • Full-width campaign imagery with immediate visual impact. • Warm ivory, espresso brown and deep navy as a starting palette. • Beautiful typography, generous spacing and considered layouts. • Editorial storytelling alongside clear product presentation. • Subtle animation and smooth transitions. • Fast, polished mobile browsing. • An intuitive purchase journey. The product should remain the focal point throughout. PROJECT SCOPE Design: • Initial visual direction and homepage concept. • Desktop and mobile design approval before development. • Homepage, collection page and product page designs. Shopify build: • Complete responsive store setup and development. • Initial upload of up to 10 products with size/colour variants. • Product galleries, size guide and detailed product information. • Cart and checkout configuration within the selected Shopify plan. • About, contact, FAQ, shipping, returns and supplied policy pages. • Email signup and a basic welcome email. • Payment and shipping configuration. • Social links, Meta Pixel and GA4 with appropriate consent controls. • Basic SEO, image optimisation and performance checks. • Full purchase journey testing. • Launch support and a short handover video. FULFILMENT We plan to launch using POD/made-to-order fulfilment. The supplier is still being selected. Please include integration with one compatible supplier in your proposal, stating your assumptions. Any custom integration requirements must be identified and priced before development. WHAT WE PROVIDE • Brand name and existing clothing designs after shortlisting. • Product information and garment specifications. • Campaign imagery and product assets. • Feedback and direction throughout the project. • Policy content. Please specify whether copy refinement or any additional asset creation is included in your quote. BUILD APPROACH We are open to a professionally customised Shopify theme or a custom approach, provided the result achieves the required quality and remains easy for us to manage. Please identify the proposed theme and any paid apps. List licence fees and recurring costs separately. Licences must be legitimate and purchased through our account. TO APPLY, PLEASE SEND: Three to five relevant live fashion or premium ecommerce websites you personally worked on. Your exact contribution to each: design, development, or both. A brief description of the visual direction you would propose for this project. Your recommended Shopify build approach. Your fixed project price, including clear exclusions. Your timeline, milestones and included revision rounds. Your experience with POD/made-to-order integrations. Your included post-launch support. An existing portfolio and a short written approach are sufficient for this stage; an unpaid custom design is not required. Please begin your proposal with “RIVIERA” and place your strongest relevant fashion project first. We will shortlist based on visual quality, relevant experience and a clear understanding of the brief.

Website Designer & Developer — The E-Maginarium Design Studio Project: Design and build a new website at www.theemaginarium.com Type: Fixed-price project Budget: 100 USD Timeline: September 15th About us The E-Maginarium is a branding and design studio. We do two things: Brand direction: we conceptualise brand strategy and identity for companies and for events, then guide the client through to completion. Design: logos and graphics for companies, events, and personal brands. We are a creative studio, so the site itself is a portfolio piece. It has to look like we made it. What we need A complete website: design and build, mobile-first, ready to launch on our domain. We are looking for a designer-developer (or a designer who works with a developer) who can take this from concept to live site. Design direction In four words: minimalist, whimsical, vibrant, modern. We want lots of white space and clean, confident typography — but the site should feel soft, imaginative, and alive, not corporate or sterile. Think watercolour, movement, air. Our letterhead (attached) shows the visual language: a wash of blossoms drifting across an open white field, with a sage-green butterfly. What we like: - Generous white space, uncluttered layouts - Watercolour and organic shapes used as accents, not wallpaper - Subtle motion — soft fades, gentle parallax, elements that drift into view - Elegant, high-contrast type sitting on light backgrounds - Colour used in bursts, so it feels vibrant against all that white What we don't want: - Heavy template look, boxy grids, stock-photo energy - Cluttered pages or busy backgrounds behind text - Anything cold, corporate, or grey Colour palette: approximate values taken from our letterhead. | Role | Colour | Approx. hex | | Base | White | `#FFFFFF` | | Text | Charcoal / near-black | `#1C1C1C` | | Primary | Blush pink | `#F5CBD5` | | Accent | Rose / coral pink | `#E4738A` | | Secondary | Sage green | `#A9C6A2` | | Wash | Soft mint | `#DDECD9` | | Accent detail | Lavender | `#C3B0D8` | Logo: supplied in vector. The wordmark is set in wide-tracked capitals with a script "the" and a fine circular mark. The typography on the site should sit comfortably alongside it — please propose type pairings rather than simply reusing the logo font throughout. Pages 1. Home: who we are, what we do, a strong visual entry point, selected work, clear call to enquire 2. About / The Studio: our story, our approach, the team 3. Services: four areas, each with its own section or page: - Event branding - Company / corporate branding - Logo and graphic design - Personal branding 4. Our Process: how we take a client from concept to completion 5. Portfolio: filterable gallery of projects, plus an individual case-study template we can reuse (hero image, brief, approach, gallery, result) 6. Contact: enquiry form, WhatsApp click-to-chat, email, social links Sitemap suggestions are welcome. If you think the structure should be different, tell us why. Technical requirements Platform: open to Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or custom — propose what you recommend and why. Non-negotiable: we must be able to add and edit case studies ourselves without a developer. - Fully responsive, designed mobile-first (most of our traffic is on phones) - Fast loading — optimised images, works well on slower Nigerian mobile networks - Contact form routing to our email, with spam protection - Instagram feed integration - Basic on-page SEO: meta titles and descriptions, alt text, sitemap, clean URLs - Google Analytics installed - Custom 404 page and favicon - SSL and domain connection to theemaginarium.com (domain already registered) - Cross-browser tested (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) Deliverables - Design concepts for the homepage before full build begins (we'd like to see 2 directions) - Full page designs for desktop and mobile - Editable source design files (Figma preferred) - Fully built, tested, live site - CMS set up with our first 3–5 case studies loaded - A short handover walkthrough or video showing us how to update the site - 30 days of post-launch bug fixes We own all files, designs, and access credentials on final payment. What we'll provide Logo files in vector, brand colours, existing photography and project imagery, all written copy, and access to the domain. If you offer copywriting or image sourcing as an add-on, quote it separately. How to apply Please include: 1. Links to 3 live websites you've built: not mockups. We want to click through them. At least one should be for a creative, design, or lifestyle brand. 2. Which platform you'd recommend for us, and why. 3. Your timeline from kickoff to launch. 4. A fixed quote, broken into milestones, stating how many rounds of revisions are included. Applications without live portfolio links won't be reviewed. Please don't send generic proposals — tell us something specific about our brand.

Startup Accountant & Professional Director / Corporate Services
I am looking for an experienced and highly trustworthy UK accountant with startup and company-formation experience to support the establishment and ongoing financial management of InstaShoot, an early-stage on-demand photography and videography startup. I would like to find someone who can become a long-term financial partner to the business — initially helping establish the correct corporate/accounting structure and subsequently managing our accounts, compliance and financial reporting. Director & PSC Structure Due to restrictions within my current employment contract, I cannot personally hold certain formal company positions. I therefore need someone experienced in UK company structures, professional/nominee director services, beneficial ownership and PSC requirements who can advise on the appropriate lawful structure. I am not simply looking for someone willing to put their name on Companies House. I need a reputable professional who can assess my circumstances, explain the implications and establish a compliant structure.
