We have an accountancy training portal where there are videos added each month, we want to download these and do this in such a way that we can:- -Create a transcript of the content of the video -Add chapters for key areas -Produce a summary of key points (any thoughts on this would be helpful) The purpose of this is to make the content more accessible for us, so that we don't have to watch the entire video, we can just watch key parts, then also if there is a summary and transcript we can add this to a searchable database where we can search for specific terms and find the relevant content. I've made a video of the portal, unfortunately it is not possible to download the videos, so I think the only way is to use a screen capture and record the full video. Most videos are 1 hour in length. I'm not sure on the price, I guess that depends on the number of videos we download. We wouldn't want to download them all, maybe just 5 per month or so. But at the start we'll download quite a lot more of course. AI Module (LLM): Uses models like GPT-4 or Gemini to process the transcript, identify requirements, decisions, and action items discussed, and convert them into user stories in the format: “As a [type of user], I want [feature] so that [benefit].” Azure DevOps Integration: The system connects to the official Azure DevOps REST API and, through secure authentication and proper permissions, performs automated creation of user stories within specified projects. This output is then to be stored in a file for further processing / parsing. The invocation will generally be automated with the required phoneNumber being passed. We are looking at using the azure stack and the following resources (but are generally needing code that will work): Logic apps - send the phone number Azure functions, make call and handle call events Azure Communication Services and call automation Azure cognitive services and speech service Azure event grid Blob storage We are open to a different implementation methods (app service or similar) but it has to be done in Azure (Customer requirement). These are largely product descriptions for a retail/fashion/sport website – all changes will need to be taken in directly into the CMS. The majority of the copy will not need to be written from scratch, but the AI translations will need to be checked/proofed/edited to make sure they make sense, are grammatically correct, etc. Some rewriting may be required in some areas where the auto translations need work. Ideally, you will also have some experience writing for the retail/fashion/sport space. Approx three hours work.
Manual transcription of 106 minute audio
I need approximately 1 hr 45 mins of conversation transcribed from an mp3 file. Things to note: a) the quality of recording isn't great although I have enhanced as best I can. b) There are a total of 5 voices. I do not need a word for word transcription -especially where the voices speak over one another. Inevitably it is the main story line that I need usually (issues around who wants more to drink completely irrelevant). c) look especially for the two eldest Male voices - then the young woman's voice (only arrives much later) then the younger man's voice. The elderly lady least important. d) where there are people's names or proper names and you cannot make them out - don't worry - an indication is fine. e) similarly if two or three words are too indistinct - don't spend forever working it out. NB this will need a manual transcription - otter descript etc cannot cope with the quality of audio with the voices becoming v confused.
