We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist with the administrative side of researching and purchasing property in the Lake Como region of Italy.
- Research available properties based on given criteria
- Liaise with Italian agenti immobiliari (estate agents) to request information, arrange viewings, and follow up
- Gather and summarise key details (price, condition, legal status, etc.)
- Assist in confirming legal and financial aspects of the purchase process (e.g. tax, mortgage options, notaries, residence requirements)
- Track communication and status across multiple properties
