We are a small interior design studio based in North London. We're currently looking for a talented freelance 3D senior interior designer to help with modelling and producing high-quality interior visuals for residential projects. As the business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who would enjoy building a long-term working relationship with us, with the possibility of a permanent full-time position in the future. While much of the work can be done remotely, we'd ideally like to work with someone based in or around London who would also be happy to meet in person from time to time for project discussions and collaboration. Ideally, we're looking for someone who: * Has experience creating realistic interior visualisations. * Is confident with software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, or similar. * Has a good eye for interior design, materials, lighting and styling. * Is based in or around London, as occasional in-person meetings would be beneficial, although much of the work can be done remotely. * Is reliable, organised and communicates well. We're looking for a talented Photoshop, graphic design or AI image editing specialist to join our team on an ongoing freelance basis. This is not an architectural or CAD role. We're looking for a creative who can transform existing floor plans into realistic, high-quality marketing visuals for luxury residential properties. Your work will feature across our YouTube channels, including The Luxury Home Show, The New Build Show and The Interior Design Show, where we produce premium property tours viewed by millions of people worldwide. For each project, we'll provide: Existing floor plans. Video walkthroughs of the property. Interior reference images where required. Using these materials, you'll recreate the property as a realistic top-down 3D floor plan, accurately matching the layout, furniture, flooring, finishes and overall styling before producing a polished final render ready for use in our videos. Property photographer needed in Solihull, Birmingham and London

We are a property media company looking for reliable local photographers to shoot residential properties for estate agent and short let (Airbnb) listings on an ongoing, per property basis. We need photographers based in or near Solihull, Birmingham (including roughly 20 miles around the city, from the centre to the suburbs) and London (anywhere across the capital). The job involves interior and exterior photos of homes with good HDR style lighting. Occasionally we will also need 360 virtual tour capture and short walkthrough video, and drone or aerial shots are a nice bonus but not essential. You would handle the shoot only. All editing, AI enhancement and listing work is done by our team, so no post production is required from you. We are looking for someone who owns a camera with a wide angle lens and a tripod, who is reliable and punctual, and who is comfortable with regular bookings. Experience with property or interior photography is preferred, but strong beginners are welcome. This is freelance work paid per property, with regular weekly bookings expected and growing over time. Matterport E57 to High-Density XYZ for Archicad

’m looking for a point-cloud/BIM specialist to help resolve a file compatibility issue between a Matterport Pro3 E57 point cloud and Archicad 28. Project background I scanned an approximately 100–120 m² furnished apartment using a Matterport Pro3 at Medium Density. The scan consists of approximately 56 scan positions and was captured for an interior designer who needs a sufficiently detailed point cloud to model the existing property in Archicad 28. Matterport generated an E57 point cloud of approximately 6.54 GB. The problem • The original Matterport E57 opens successfully in CloudCompare and contains the required level of detail. • Archicad 28 rejects the original E57 as invalid. • Matterport's MatterPak also provides a cloud.xyz file. This imports correctly into Archicad 28, but the client has confirmed that the point cloud is too sparse for the required interior-design work. • We have already tried opening the high-density E57 in CloudCompare and exporting/converting it to XYZ. The resulting XYZ imports into Archicad, but strange circular artefacts appear in the point cloud. Required outcome I need the original Matterport E57 processed into a clean, high-density XYZ point cloud that imports correctly into Archicad 28, without the circular artefacts, while retaining substantially more point-cloud detail than Matterport's standard MatterPak cloud.xyz. I am NOT currently looking for a BIM model or CAD model. The required deliverable is the processed point cloud. Ideally, I would like the successful freelancer to: Review the original Matterport E57 and existing XYZ examples. Identify the cause of the artefacts/compatibility problem. Produce a small test/sample XYZ first for validation in Archicad 28. Once the sample is confirmed, process the complete apartment. Briefly explain the processing workflow used, as I regularly capture Matterport Pro3 data and may have similar projects in future. I can provide the original Matterport E57, the original MatterPak XYZ that imports correctly, screenshots of the Archicad error/artefacts, and other Matterport project files if required. Please only apply if you have genuine experience processing E57/XYZ point clouds. Experience with Matterport Pro3 data, CloudCompare and/or Archicad is particularly relevant. In your proposal, please explain briefly how you would approach the problem and mention any similar E57/XYZ conversion work you have completed.

One piece swimsuit design

I need some help perfecting a one piece swimsuit I am trying to design. See photos of the swimsuit on a model from our latest photo shoot. The fabric is lurex fabric. We can't seem to get the fit quite right and as I am not a fashion designer, I don't know how to tell my factory how to fix it. I don't know if the swimsuit is too high leg and whether this needs to be brought down a bit. The triangles part of the swimsuit is also sitting too high on her. At the back the fabric is bunching up at the crotch. I would really like some help fixing this. I don't know if the best way would be to do a CAD to send to my factory or I'm open to nay other suggestions for how to tell them to fix it. I'm also open to changing the shape slightly if you have another ideas that might be more popular. I need a company website design - currently have a WordPress site, although it isn't complete.
