Looking for a photo editor who is more adept at Photoshop (or similar) to retouch and enhance a small collection of images. Short 360 degree MP4 video using AI generated clips

I need a short (around 45 second) 360 degree MP4 video. I'll provide the backing soundtrack. Using appropriate AI generation - to generate video of bubbles coming up against a 360 black background before an ultra photo realistic image of titanic wreck emerges in the black darkness. Effectively the video will be played on viewers phones and will simulate them standing on the seabed looking at the wreck ahead of them, before the wreck fades away again. So effectively it is the generation of two clips (bubbles against black as if diving) and the static 360 of the wreck in front - edited together with a fade in at the start and fade out at the end.
