Webflow Developer for Gallery, Finance, Pop-Up,Spotify Widget
We are looking for an experienced Webflow developer and web designer to make several updates to our dental clinic website: Website: www.thedentistgallery.com Work Required 1. Transform an Existing Tab We need an existing section of the website to be redesigned and transformed into a more modern, attractive and user-friendly page. The new design must follow the existing visual identity of The Dentist Gallery and work perfectly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. 2. Create a New Gallery Tab We would like a new Gallery tab added to the main website navigation. The gallery should showcase photographs of the clinic, artwork, exhibitions, events and other images connected to The Dentist Gallery. We are looking for a visually impressive and smooth experience. As visitors scroll through the page, the images should transition, move, expand or transform smoothly. The gallery and its animations should be created directly in Webflow using native Webflow layouts and interactions. We do not want to rely on an external gallery plugin. The effect should feel elegant, creative and artistic rather than distracting or overly complicated. The gallery must also remain fast, responsive and easy for us to update with new photographs in the future. 3. Create a Finance Tab We need a new Finance tab explaining the dental-finance options available to our patients. The page should include: Information about dental treatment finance Clear details about available 0% finance options A professional and easy-to-understand layout Strong calls to action A dental-finance calculator Clear information about eligibility, approval and applicable terms Patients should be able to enter a treatment cost, select a repayment period and view an estimated monthly payment. Where possible, we would like the calculator to be created directly within Webflow using custom fields and calculations, rather than relying on an external plugin. We will provide the finance provider’s terms, available repayment periods and any required legal wording. The developer should confirm whether the finance provider requires the use of its official calculator or whether a custom Webflow calculator can be used. Any custom calculator must clearly state that: The figures shown are estimates Finance is subject to status and approval Eligibility criteria and terms apply The final agreement will be provided by the finance provider 4. Add a Finance Promotional Pop-Up In addition to the dedicated Finance tab, we would like a promotional pop-up advertising the availability of dental finance and 0% finance options. The pop-up should be created directly in Webflow and should: Match the visual style of The Dentist Gallery Include a short and attractive finance message Include a clear call-to-action button linking to the Finance page Be easy for visitors to close Include a clearly visible close button Remember when a visitor has dismissed it, so it does not reappear repeatedly during the same browsing session Work correctly on desktop, tablet and mobile Avoid covering important website content Be professional and non-intrusive The developer should advise on the most appropriate behaviour, such as displaying it: After a short delay After the visitor has scrolled through part of the page When the visitor shows an intention to leave the website We do not want the pop-up to appear immediately or repeatedly annoy visitors. An example message could be: Spread the cost of your dental treatment Ask us about available 0% finance options and calculate your estimated monthly payments. Button: Explore Dental Finance The final wording and design can be refined during the project. 5. Add a Spotify Widget We would also like a Spotify player or playlist widget integrated into the website. Music is an important part of The Dentist Gallery’s identity and patient experience. We create playlists to help patients relax, distract them from dental anxiety and enjoy the atmosphere of the clinic. The Spotify section should: Display one or more of our Spotify playlists Allow visitors to preview or play music Match the visual design of the website Work well on desktop and mobile Load efficiently without negatively affecting website performance Be positioned in an appropriate section of the website We would welcome creative suggestions for how the Spotify player could be presented, particularly if it can be incorporated into the Gallery page or another visually engaging section. 6. Testing and Optimisation All new pages, animations, pop-ups, calculators and integrations must be fully tested in both desktop and mobile version

HubSpot Mobile Navigation & Page Style Fix
We’re looking for a HubSpot CMS freelancer to fix a mobile navigation issue on our website. At the moment, the burger icon appears on mobile, but when visitors tap it, nothing opens. This means mobile users can’t access the rest of the site properly. We don’t need a redesign at this stage. We simply need the mobile menu to work correctly and show the same links and general styling as the desktop navigation – we are using an old template. We’d also like help tidying up a small number of pages that appear to be using an older template or styling. There are currently two affected pages that we can point you to. The work would involve tracking down any rogue styles, modules or template settings and bringing those pages back in line with the rest of the website. You’ll be working directly in HubSpot CMS, so we need someone confident with the HubSpot drag-and-drop editor, Design Manager, HubL and the file system. It is also Important for my Manager that you are able to meet with us on a Teams call before the booking is made final so that we know who is working on our website and any final questions can be more easily asked. Please include in your quote: Investigation and fix for the mobile burger menu Review and correction of the two affected pages A test/staging version for us to check before anything goes live Publishing the approved changes A short period of support after publishing in case anything breaks or needs adjusting We’re looking for a practical fix rather than a full redesign, so please quote on that basis.

11 days ago28 proposalsRemoteSenior Prompt Engineer - Evaluation, Scoring and Reliability
We need an experienced prompt engineer to design reliable LLM-based evaluation and scoring workflows. You must understand semantic alignment, rubric decomposition, structured outputs, calibration, prompt sensitivity, model bias, context handling, and failure analysis - not simply write persuasive instructions. The work requires improving scoring consistency across paired inputs, distinguishing genuine meaning from superficial language overlap, and testing performance against paraphrases, contradictions, omissions, formatting changes, and adversarial cases. To apply, describe your evaluation methodology, experience building LLM judges, approach to measuring reliability, and one difficult consistency problem you solved. Include anonymised examples and tools used. Responses to this advert generated by LLMs will be auto-rejected To eliminate AI responses to the questions below, there is very special question below! 90% of AIs answer it incorrectly (its an unstable question) Advanced prequalification questions 1. You are designing an LLM judge to determine whether a supplier’s reply meaningfully addresses a buyer’s request. Replies using identical wording receive higher scores than accurate paraphrases. What is the best first intervention? * A. Increase temperature to expose the judge to more interpretations * B. Instruct the judge to assess semantic coverage, explicitly distinguish lexical overlap from meaning, and provide contrasting scored examples * C. Remove the buyer’s original request from the prompt * D. Reward replies containing the buyer’s most frequent terms 2. A reply correctly addresses four requirements but confidently contradicts a fifth, critical requirement. Your judge often gives it a high overall score. Which rubric design is strongest? * A. Ask for a holistic score based on overall helpfulness * B. Score each requirement separately, identify contradictions, apply a critical-failure rule, and then calculate the overall result * C. Tell the judge to penalise inaccurate responses * D. Increase the maximum score so errors have less influence 3. Two semantically equivalent replies receive materially different scores when their order, formatting, or writing style changes. Which evaluation approach best isolates the problem? * A. Run each version repeatedly, randomise irrelevant presentation features, and measure score variance by transformation type * B. Reduce both replies to the same word count * C. Set temperature to 1.0 and compare one result from each * D. Ask a larger model which reply is better 4. An LLM judge must assess whether a response covers every material element of a complex request. Which prompt architecture is most robust? * A. Ask for one immediate score to minimise token usage * B. First extract atomic requirements, then map response evidence to each requirement, classify coverage, and derive a schema-constrained score * C. Ask the model to explain its reasoning before reading the response * D. Provide a long definition of quality and request a percentage 5. Your judge achieves 92% agreement with human labels, but performance falls sharply on short, indirect, or poorly written inputs. What should happen next? * A. Deploy because overall agreement exceeds 90% * B. Add more examples of well-written inputs * C. Segment results by input characteristics, build targeted adversarial cases, revise the rubric, and recalibrate against disputed human-labelled examples * D. Increase the system prompt’s authority and repeat the same test 6. A candidate claims that requiring detailed chain-of-thought will make scoring more accurate and auditable. Which response shows the strongest understanding? * A. Correct; longer reasoning always improves accuracy * B. Correct, provided temperature is zero * C. Not necessarily; use explicit intermediate classifications and evidence fields, validate outputs, and evaluate accuracy empirically without depending on unrestricted hidden reasoning * D. Incorrect; LLM judges should return only a number Please answer each question with A,B,C orD. For each, add your percentage certainty of your answer and your reasoning.

We're looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud Consultant who can own enterprise integration work end to end — discovery, architecture, implementation, migration, and production support. This isn't a "follow the ticket" role: you'll independently design and build production-grade OIC integrations connecting Oracle applications with ecommerce, ERP, CRM, finance, and supply chain platforms. If you know OIC 3 inside and out and want variety across projects and industries, this is built for that. You'll work primarily in React and Next.js, building the interfaces our customers use every day. We're looking for engineers to help build and productionize AI systems on AWS Bedrock AgentCore — real conversational AI, RAG pipelines, and agent architectures that go well beyond proof-of-concept and serve live traffic and real users. Whether your strength is on the AI application side (agents, RAG, orchestration) or the platform side (deployment, observability, security), this role sits at the center of turning working demos into production-grade, reliable systems on Bedrock's agentic stack. If you've built and shipped on AgentCore specifically — not just Bedrock in general — and want your work to run in production rather than sit in a notebook, this is built for that. What You'll Do - Design, build, and deploy conversational AI systems, chatbots, and AI agents using AWS Bedrock AgentCore - Architect and ship production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems — not prototypes, but systems serving live traffic - Build and deploy LLM applications primarily on AWS Bedrock and AgentCore, with Azure OpenAI or equivalent platforms as secondary context - Develop and orchestrate agent architectures within AgentCore, using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex where applicable - Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integrations to extend AgentCore agent capabilities - Design and build the production service layer around AgentCore (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, or equivalents) - Establish CI/CD pipelines and manage development, beta, and production environments for AgentCore-based services - Implement observability for AgentCore agents: tracing, dashboards, per-turn cost and latency metrics, error rates, and audit trails - Implement key security controls — data-leakage protection, session isolation, auth/authz boundaries, secure prompt/response storage - Write clean, maintainable, production-quality Python across the AI application and platform stack - Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on agent, RAG, and platform performance in production - Stay current with fast-moving developments in Bedrock, AgentCore, and agentic AI systems, and bring relevant advances into the project What You Bring - Proven, hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore in a production environment — not personal projects or tutorials - Direct experience with AWS Bedrock's agentic tooling (AgentCore, Bedrock Agents, or equivalent Bedrock-native orchestration) - Strong Python skills for AI application development and/or service integration - Working experience with AWS cloud environments; Azure experience is a plus but not the primary requirement - Experience with at least one of: agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex), RAG system design, or AWS production infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, DynamoDB, OpenSearch) - Experience with observability and monitoring for AI or distributed systems - Strong understanding of security, data handling, and production-readiness tradeoffs - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving technical environment with pragmatic engineering judgment

I run Web Glow, a small web design business helping local salons, beauty businesses and trades in Sutton Coldfield / West Midlands get a working website — no risk to them, I build a free demo first and they only pay if they're happy with it. I need a confident, UK-based caller to phone 15 small business owners from a list I'll provide (name, business, phone number, niche) and: - Introduce Web Glow briefly using a script I'll give you - Handle common objections (script includes 8 branching responses) - Get the owner to commit to a specific day/time for a follow-up phone call, where I'll walk them through their free demo — this is the win, not just a vague "yes, send it over" - Log the outcome in a simple tracker I'll share: business name, call result, and the exact date/time booked (or reason if not booked) What I'll provide: - Full call script with branching objection responses - Prospect list with phone numbers and context notes - A simple online tracker to log outcomes What I'm looking for: - UK-based, confident and natural on the phone, comfortable adapting rather than reading word-for-word - Comfortable calling small business owners (hairdressers, electricians, groomers, etc.) - Available to complete the 15 calls within a few days Note: all calls are plain phone calls, no Zoom/video needed. If this test batch goes well, I'd like to move to an ongoing arrangement — likely a low hourly rate plus a bonus per booked call, or a flat rate per booking. Happy to discuss once we see how the test goes.
17 days ago13 proposalsRemoteShort-form recipe reel editor needed
SHORT-FORM FOOD REEL EDITOR, ongoing, seasonal recipe content I'm a chef and food creator making seasonal, British recipe reels for Instagram, and I'm looking for a regular editor for ongoing weekly work, two reels a week. THE JOB: I film each recipe from two to three angles for every step, for example chopping from above and from the front. I want those angles cut together into a single reel of about a minute. I'd like tight multi-angle cuts that compress the action, a minute of chopping becomes a few satisfying seconds. Quick cuts that keep the food moving and looking good. THE STYLE: Calm, considered and down-to-earth. Not flashy, no transitions or effects, just clean cuts that let the cooking speak for itself. Quick can still feel calm, and that's the balance I'm after. PRACTICALITIES: Shot on iPhone and a camera. Mostly no talking to camera for now, so this is cutting and pacing rather than sound design. Two reels a week, steady ongoing work for the right person. HOW I HIRE: I'd like to start with a short test edit before we set up anything ongoing. I give clear, specific notes and I'm looking for someone to build a long, easy working relationship with. Please share a reel you've cut that shows real food or cooking content in this calmer style, and quote your per-reel rate for ongoing work

Facebook / Meta Video Ad Creator — Performance & Hooks Focused We’re looking for someone to turn our existing raw footage into high-performing Facebook/Instagram video ads (30–60 seconds) for our UK wellness brand, NUYU. Important: we are NOT simply looking for a video editor. We can provide plenty of raw footage, UGC, product footage, testimonials and brand assets. What we need is someone who understands performance advertising and knows how to turn that footage into ads designed to sell. You should have strong experience with: * Creating scroll-stopping hooks in the first 1–3 seconds * Understanding why people buy — pain points, desires, objections and curiosity * Structuring ads around Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA * Turning raw UGC/product footage into multiple compelling ad concepts * Writing strong on-screen copy, headlines and CTAs * Pacing, pattern interrupts, captions and visual hooks * Creating different hook/angle variations so we can properly test creative * Understanding what works specifically on Meta/Facebook, rather than simply producing nice-looking videos We are not looking for cinematic brand films. We want ads that feel native to the feed, grab attention quickly and are built around conversion. Ideally, you will have a strong portfolio of DTC/e-commerce Meta ads and be able to explain the thinking behind the creatives — not just show us something that looks good. To apply, please send: 1. 3–5 examples of Meta video ads you’ve personally created. 2. Examples where you were responsible for the hook/concept, not just the edit. 3. A short explanation of how you approach the first 3 seconds of a Facebook ad. 4. Your price per 30–60 second ad and cost for producing multiple hook variations. 5. Any experience within wellness, supplements, health, fitness or beauty. There is potential for ongoing work if we find the right person. We have a significant amount of footage and want to build a regular pipeline of new Meta creative. Please don’t apply if your experience is primarily general video editing. We’re specifically looking for someone who understands direct-response creative, hooks and selling through video.

I am currently finalizing a full planning application package for a rural diversification project located in Medstead, UK. The project involves transitioning a former pony paddock into a small, low-impact seasonal campsite and smallholding. I am looking for a talented landscape illustrator or designer to take my proposed 2D block plan and transform it into a vibrant, textured landscape drawing. This illustration will be a key document in demonstrating the low-impact, eco-friendly visual aesthetic of our proposal to the local planning authority. Key Visual Elements to Include: The "Green" Aesthetic: The primary goal is to show the natural, rural character of the site. Please emphasize lush greenery, trees, and grass. Boundary Hedgerows: Pay special attention to the boundaries, specifically visualizing the proposed planting enhancements along the North, East, and West edges of the site. Site Usage: To demonstrate the low density of our layout, please illustrate exactly 1 campervan and 1 tent placed within their respective marked pitches. Structures: Accurately represent the existing stable block and visually depict our proposed low-impact timber temporary accommodation, tucked somewhat behind the stables as indicated on the plan.

I’m looking for a UK-based content creator/videographer to create a high-quality silent ASMR video for a clothing product. This is not talking UGC and there will be no face-to-camera content. The focus should be entirely on the garment: very close-up shots of the hands slowly interacting with the hoodie and highlighting its construction, textures and intricate design lines. What I’m looking for The video should include things such as: Fingers slowly tracing the detailed lines and construction of the hoodie Close-ups of seams, stitching and different panels Hands running over the fabric Pinching, folding and lightly manipulating the material Close-ups showing the weight and texture of the garment Slow movement around the hood, sleeves, ribbing and other details Natural fabric sounds captured clearly The overall feeling should be calm, tactile, satisfying and extremely detailed. Think premium fashion product ASMR rather than traditional influencer content. Visual Style I want the footage to feel intimate and extremely close to the product. An iPhone or high-quality phone setup is completely fine and may actually suit the style better, although professional cameras are also welcome. What matters most is: Excellent lighting Sharp close-up footage Clean composition Well-groomed hands/nails Good colour accuracy High-quality sound recording A clean/simple shooting environment No: Talking Voiceover Face-to-camera footage Music Text overlays Overly fast editing Traditional unboxing/review-style UGC Deliverables Ideally: 1 edited vertical ASMR video approximately 20–30 seconds 9:16 format for Instagram Reels/TikTok High-resolution export Original/raw clips if possible Clean version with natural product audio only The hoodie will be shipped to you and will need to be returned after filming. When applying Please send: Examples of previous product, ASMR, fashion or close-up videography A photo/video showing the setup and hand presentation you would use What camera/phone you shoot with Whether you have an external microphone or ASMR recording setup Your turnaround time after receiving the product Whether raw footage is included in your price Please only apply if you're confident shooting very close, detailed product footage with controlled lighting. I can provide reference videos/images showing the exact style I'm looking for before filming.
