PROJECT DESCRIPTION – PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS FOR SPANISH IMMERSION DAYS I am looking for someone to create 2 short promotional videos (approximately 45–60 seconds each) for Lancashire Language Academy’s Spanish Immersion Days. The two videos will be: 1. Year 7 Spanish Immersion Days 2. Primary School Spanish Immersion Days (Year 5 & 6) A large amount of the content, branding, visuals and editing style can be reused across both videos, with adjustments made for the age groups and messaging. The videos will be used for: * LinkedIn marketing * School outreach * Social media promotion * Website content The aim is to promote immersive Spanish language and culture experiences for schools, with a strong focus on: * Cultural capital * Supporting Ofsted * Student confidence and oracy * Engagement in languages * Broadening horizons and aspirations The style should feel: * Modern * Inspiring * Energetic * Professional * Education-focused The videos should include: * Dynamic text overlays * Spanish-themed visuals * Stock footage or provided visuals * Music * Smooth transitions * Branding in Lancashire Language Academy colours (red, yellow, navy, white) Experiences to feature: * Flamenco or salsa workshops * Spanish food tasting * Escape room challenges * Spanish supermarket sweep * Team-building activities * Creative speaking activities * Real-world language experiences Important messaging to include: * “Building Cultural Capital” * “Supporting Ofsted” * “Bring Spain to Your School” The overall goal is to create exciting promotional teaser videos that schools would find engaging, professional and memorable, helping encourage enquiries and bookings. I am happy for stock footage and creative editing to be used, as these are launch promo videos rather than footage from real events.

Freelance HR Consultant Needed HR Setup — Remote with1 Day Visit

We are Tees Meats & Groceries UK — a growing African food and wholesale business based in Middleton, Manchester. We are setting up a new operational unit and taking on our first staff members. We need an experienced freelance HR consultant to help us build our HR systems from scratch. This is a remote project with the option of one physical visit to our Middleton Manchester unit at the end to set up filing and brief the team. What we need: 1. Employment contracts — full time, part time and casual worker agreements 2. Staff handbook — conduct, absence, disciplinary and grievance 3. Payroll setup guidance — HMRC Basic PAYE Tools 4. Right to work check procedures and templates 5. HR filing system — physical and digital templates 6. Brief the business owner on legal obligations as a UK employer 7. All templates ready for ongoing HR administration Important — we hold a Home Office Sponsor Licence so experience with sponsor licence HR compliance is a strong bonus. Junior Social Media Assistant (Captions + Simple Graphics) Description: We are a digital agency looking for a reliable junior social media assistant to support with content creation for client accounts. This role includes both caption writing and creating simple social media graphics (e.g. Canva posts, meme-style content). This is ongoing monthly work, starting with 1 client, with the opportunity to grow.
